What do you like best?
Talview reduced the amount of time we spent on each interview, and allowed us to compare applicant responses. All of our candidates were able to successfully complete their interviews via this platform. Additionally, the sales and costumer service team were very responsive to our feedback and requests for support. Finally, reviewers found it very easy to log into the system and view the videos.
What do you dislike?
The templates for emails could be improved, but they allowed us to create our own templates.
Additionally, while we could have multiple reviewers for a given interview (what they call an assessment), we could only have one administrator (what they call recruiter) who emails invited candidates and assigns reviewers for that assessment. It would be nice to be able to have multiple people serve in the role of recruiter for one assessment.

Previously, we interviewed all candidates via Zoom. Talview allowed us to have all candidates record a one-way video interview, eliminating the time spent scheduling each interview, and vastly reducing the amount of time spent interviewing each candidate.
