"The Simplicity of Relativity Review"

What do you like best?

The new AERO UI has made relativity even more user appealing and friendly.

In Relativity I can get a holistic view of my project - processing to production.

What do you dislike?

Support in the APAC region still needs to be improved but I know they are working on it.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It's the best Review platform and analytics tool that I have used, with full customization capabilities. Love it

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Current project - 40 million docs discovered and through processing, deduplication and effective use of keywords we have been able to narrow it down to around 2 million. Now that is in RAR and being narrowed down even faster.

"I am a Project Lead Specialist and I’m in charge of all workspaces in my instance."

What do you like best?

I like the active learning, it has cut our reviewers time and has automated their workflows.

What do you dislike?

Only thing I dislike which will be fixed soon is that I have to switch from default view to html to conduct an active learning project.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Relativity is the top eDiscovery tool, if you want efficient workflows that enhance your department’s or team’s productivity its the tool for you.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Able to use active learning to identify conceptually similar documents coded. We do not have third party applications that readily identify clauses so we use STRs and AlPs to find them. I’m able to automate our workflows.

"RelativityOne is an amazing tool"

What do you like best?

RelativityOne requires no infrastructure maintenance, heightened security, and using the R1SE is an absolute game changer! Regular updates so we get to use features faster, and a great support team to assist when the need arises. Active Learning has come a long way, and Analytics is a regular favourite of mine to demonstrate to clients and new users of Relativity.

What do you dislike?

Relativity Processing isn't as customisable/hands on as other tools like Nuix. And it's taken YEARS to get PDF's supported in the Viewer as an image format. This is something the Australian market has needed for a very long time. Thankfully it should be rolled out this year!!

Recommendations to others considering the product:

For the Australian market - R1 is implementing changes to be able to support PDF and Australian Protocol compliant document numbering. The new UI and fluidity of upgrades are going to be a gamechanger!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Understanding datasets faster, being able to set up multiple ways to search and interrogate data. Active Learning is a HUGE benefit when you've got to get through vast amounts of documents for review. I like helping clients QC using different methods like TND, Email Threading and clustering to spot inconsistencies in coding. There's so many ways to re-purpose the existing tools in the system.

"Great Company and Awesome Software"

What do you like best?

Functionality and personnel are friendly and responsive

What do you dislike?

Too many steps to accomplish some of the tasks

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Test it out, ask lots of questions and think outside the box when determining what functionality your company needs.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Reviewing emails quicker; internal investigations

"A Robust, Evolving Ecosystem"

What do you like best?

Relativity is doing a great job packaging powerful features across the EDRM into a single streamlined UI. The platform strikes the proper balance between having enough flexibility to address the inherent complexities of eDiscovery, and the beer-growing demand for simplicity. RelativityOne and Aero further empower users to do more than ever before.

What do you dislike?

I think they could create new interesting functionality by considering how existing features can work together in concert. Many of the features exist in more or less silos. Zooming out and thinking about how to harmonize feature could produce some interesting ideas. Keep listening to constructive feedback and fostering the community of people who love the product!

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Embrace the cloud. It’s really offers a better long term alignment for everyone. Let Microsoft spends $1Bn to secure your data. Let Relativity manage the software that they developed. Let your team focus on their clients and legal goals.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to solve more problems today directly within Relativity, withou having to export and manipulate it externally, than ever before.

"User Friendly, well designed, powerful tool"

What do you like best?

Its a very seamless eDiscovery tool. It has helped immensely with managing loads of data and parsing through it for various investigations.

What do you dislike?

Not much to dislike. Sure it's expensive, but I do think it is worth it as well.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have been able to leverage this tool to assist various clients in forensic and corporate investigations.

"Support for RelOne is amazing!"

What do you like best?

Rel becoming an all-in-one software is the biggest advantage. Having RelOne and not worry about infrastructure was even better.

What do you dislike?

Processing component still needs to be improved.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

RelOne resolves all the infrastructure and upfront capitalization challenges.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Most top tier clients trusts Relativity so it is easier to close deals.
