About Raaft

Raaft helps you better understand why your customers are cancelling their products or subscriptions so you can reduce churn, address any common issues, and improve retention. Every time a customer tries to cancel their subscription, Raaft asks them a set of questions that can help you understand what’s going wrong. This retention flow is customizable, but includes options such as asking why they are leaving, and then offering solutions to that problem to stop the customer cancelling. For example, if the customer says the product is too expensive, then Raaft automatically responds to that by offering them a discount on their next subscription. Raaft then centralizes these issues into one dashboard so you can spot patterns and problems you need to fix. You can also customize the experience to fit your brand, and install it by adding a few lines of code to your website.
