Qlynic is an AI-native EMR and clinic command center built by Arxeon Inc. in Calgary, Alberta. It brings clinical records and daily practice operations together around one patient record, from booking and intake to the encounter and claim. Patients can book through web and SMS, complete digital intake and use a patient portal. An optional AI Scribe drafts clinical documentation and Alberta diagnosis and service-code suggestions for clinician review. An operational AI advisor supports natural-language, read-only queries about clinic activity. API access is available as an optional add-on. Arxeon is accredited by Alberta Health as a direct H-Link submitter, enabling native AHCIP billing. Built first for Alberta family medicine and walk-in clinics, Qlynic also supports broader clinic operations outside Alberta without requiring Alberta insurance billing. Qlynic provides a help centre, 24-hour support, phone support and ticketing, alongside webinars and in-person training and support.
