OPDly is cloud hospital and clinic management software built for Indian hospitals and clinics. Reception, doctors, billing, pharmacy and lab work from one patient record, so nothing is typed twice. Reception books a walk-in in about 10–15 seconds and runs a per-doctor token queue. Patients get a WhatsApp confirmation with a live link that shows their token, position and estimated wait — no app to install. Future visits get a reminder the evening before, and patients can book online from the hospital's own free page and QR code. Doctors can keep writing on paper while reception handles the queue and billing, or use the quick prescription screen with templates and send a branded prescription PDF in English or an Indian language on WhatsApp. Medical certificates are issued and kept in a register. Billing covers OPD, pharmacy and lab — or one combined bill — with GST, cash, UPI, card and split payments, dues, refunds, and A4, A5 or thermal printing.
