The five star rating is specifically for account manager, Leah Cannon. She has been on the ball any time I have questions or needs! I've had several issues of not being able to receive money from businesses, delayed payments, or issues authenticating my payments. This is troublesome as it costs me time & money; however, Leah has helped me through each issue in a very timely manner. I rarely find a representative this attentive and quick. So thank you!
I am highly satisfied with my services with Melio based on two aspects. The first is the product itself. Compared to the other ACH processing companies I have tried out, Melio best accommodates my needs because it is so simplified and that helps me not dedicate so much time in entries. The second is their customer services. If I ever come across an issue or have questions about the process, customer service is available through chat and responds quickly. To throw the icing on the cake, my account representative Sam Abramsky will follow up and further assist me on the issue and genuinely check to see if all my needs are met. It never feels like a mandatory call and truly makes me feel like a valued customer.
Nick was outstanding guiding me through the nuances of getting going with Melio. The user interface is not as intuitive as I’d like but it’s quick once things are set up.

I use Melio (plus QBO) for a small non-profit in the US. I wish it was available in Canada, too, where I run my own business! It's so easy to make payments to vendors - and even better, paying via ACH is FREE! Our needs are fairly simple at this point, but it's smooth and fast, and that's what I appreciate.
During these difficult times, Melio has helped our company streamline our AP department. Our vendors are thrilled that funds go directly into their account eliminating trips to the bank. The customer service department responds immediately if there are questions. This has been a great addition to our company without additional staff.
