I’ve been using Melio for a few months now and it simply makes my life and job easier. I no longer have to search for addresses, grab envelopes and stamps (cost savings + time saved) Scheduling and making payments is a breeze. I highly recommend Melio! Service and customer support are top notch.
I own a company and have had nothing but a great experience with Melio. Highlights include:- Racking up CC points through my normal course of business (cc fee is actually 1-tax rate...so using cards with high reward multiples and writing off a meaningful % of the fee is a no-brainer)- Extends my 'Days Payable' even further by using cc for all expenses (vendor Net 30 + 30 days for credit card means my vendors provide all of my near-term funding)- Crips, clean and simple user interface makes it easy to get in, pay bills and get out- Recurring payment system eliminates monthly workload redundancy- Dedicated customer success team is ready to help whenever needed (shout-out to Leah Cannon!), unlike Plastiq where you're just another "number"- Not absurdly stringent about document requirements for vendor setup...unlike Plastiq that makes you go through a full audit just to get a simple service account set up
For both business and personal expenses, I had used another payment service. After multiple poor customer services experiences with the other payment service, I looked for an alternative and found Melio for my business expenses. The key difference for my firm has been Melio's responsiveness when an issue comes up or I have a question about something. It is refreshing to have this level of customer support experience with any service provider one might have.
Melio's staff and service are both very professional and efficient. It is an extremely helpful and easy tool for a new small business owner to possess. Our business is new to Melio as of the last 6 months. There has been a learning curve, but I've been fully supported by the Melio team. Not only have we been met with patience and experienced positive results, the team has been instrumental in my learning, so I am better able to navigate the work needing to be done in the next situation.
So my attorney suggested as a new business that we use Melio for guaranteed and easy to track payments. There was a bit of concern on my part at first since I had never heard of them and we were a startup as well. But that is precisely why we needed it and since we started using the service we as a company and also our vendors are loving the quick and ease of use.The Melio customer service team has without a doubt been fantastic. They have proven to be quick in response and very receptive to both myself, my team, and even my vendors.One member in particular, Zohar Scheinman, has gone above and beyond to confirm and reassure, as well as explain in detail both to myself and my vendors the process ;freely answered all our questions, and found quick solutions to any concerns we may have had.Melio is a must have for any business. Mariam was great. She corrected my issue with ease which was to reissue a lost check bill payment. The customer had already set up ACH for future payments, so she was able to reissue that way. Easy peasy!
