SAP Litmos

SAP Litmos is the great cloud-based computer management software that it can combines powerful service planning and scheduling features with perfect tools for team’s members. It is the best learning implement for simple learning modules and paths so we can share our module publicly for limit the audience to a select number of learners. The best thing we like to use this software because we can easily create new web sites and schedule the different meetings and monitor progress of our platform from a single dashboard. SAP Litmos is the perfect solution because it can offers multiple applications including budgeting, time tracking, collaborative, task and document management, reporting and many more. It is kind of cheap to a super computer power comparing with buying a powerful server to perform because all the different widgets and options to present information so it has a great tool for education and information sharing for people of all ages.

The main disadvantage of SAP Litmos software is that it is a bit difficult at the higher end of the price as compared with other small business management implement because sometimes it is a little cumbersome to get testing information on our team. We cannot allow a certain user access to a course to expire in a certain time span because the editor of the text is a little difficult to apply to activities. SAP Litmos cannot allow us to customizing the different options because it is difficult to managing the tasks and teams, tracking time and collaborating and other platforms. Another problem about this cloud service is that when we working on a lot of websites in the same time but it can be difficult to search for them in different places but otherwise it provides the better ability to manage our learning platform.

I like this implement because its functionality is extremely easy to manage and user-friendly so we have some employees that they are extremely not tech friendly and they are able to easily use this implement. SAP Litmos is helpful for companies like us that deal with a range of client. We can create our own video content which is really engaging for learners. I also really like how you can tag content and create smart groups based off different logic. I can upload all types of files in this implement and in that way I am able to provide the best study material for my students.

The platform is easy to use and had a great look and feel when working within it. It's given our company a consistent platform for us all to work within and the modules all have a fresh look and feel to them with an appropriate level of humor when appropriate as well which makes some of the dryer topic easier to engage with.

I cant think of any downsides in using the Litmos system

2 fold. Problems within our own business were that we didn't have a consistent experience for new people to the business and visibility from our HR was limited. Other benefits are that our business and Litmos match well with regard to being able to offer a business a solid LMS solution in combination with a bespoke solution if indeed one or the other is required.

It's user friendly and easy for manage, run reports. Easy to search, edit and run reports, assign and upload courses. Allows you to practice social distancing during Covid times.

At times in the past, when updates have occurred it prevented us from the filtering without inactive courses which provided us with incorrect numbers. Escalated issue and worked with Litmos who was already aware of the issue...took quite sometime to resolve though.

SAP Litmos is a great learning platform that allows us to reach multiple people and broadcast training and/or messages simultaneously. It allows us to measure learning progress and issue merits too. In addition, creating specific teams for company needs has been effective specially during Covid-19 times while socially distancing.

The Litmos platform has proven to be an essential component for our Learning & Development department. It is user friendly and full of solid, usable content. Uploading content and creating reports is a breeze. I would recommend Litmos to any company - large or small.

SAP Litmos has a robust list of features for creating courses and running reports. Our account rep is super helpful and responsive.

The user interface is a little lackluster, and there are some limitations that make it prohibitive in some cases.

SAP Litmos allowed us to create multiple courses with just about any type of module content.

Litmos is very easy to administer and you can customise to make it look like an internal system. The reporting features are simple to set up and automated so you can get metrics about training how and when you want them. The content library is vast and gives good generic content. We find Litmos to have a great value proposition.

Team structure can be challenging and Manager function is lacking. eg you can only see your own staff not everyone in the hierarchy below you. Administering the content library to remove what you don't need to see can be time consuming when new releases are made. We also don't like that if you have a version of one course it does not automatically update to the new version so version control is also time consuming.

Consistent delivery of training across a diverse, geographically spread business. Improvement in compliance training lifting the awareness of OHS etc in the business to lower incidents. Consistent delivery of cultural statements to new employees

Functionality - user friendly and support.

Getting started - this was my first time setting up a e-learning platform.

SAP Litmos is helping us establish a thorough training record for our employees.

James was very helpful during the initial stages of our onboarding with Litmos, providing an in-depth demo and patience whilst the training platform proposal was confirmed with senior management.

No downsides to report. We look forward to using the platform.

Having a dedicated training platform for our own content and ready made content will help us increase engagement and our L&D at ICX4.

We have LMS. this is not for granted.

We can onboard our customers to have them learn about our product. we intend to integrate with a payment solution to sell courses to our customers and partners via the system. it is nice to have the content in one place and to allow people to evolve and help us evolve through the system.

Currently, we moved from manual certification creation to automated by LMS, the certification program is more computerized than it was prior to the LMS, which ease the use of day to day work.
