What do you like best?

It helps a lot to provide insights on your company in order to help you infer if they would be a good fit to prospect into, or not.

What do you dislike?

The price, it’s really expensive, but you can get a free trial.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Our sales team tried Infer to help us better assess our leads database. Infer created a custom algorithm to score our leads based on information that we have not necessarily collected directly, which as whether or not there are certain marketing or sales titles on the website itself, or is there an email address listed. It's been an incredibly helpful tool to complement the data that we have collected on leads and their behavior.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It helped me with large databases that were difficult to sort through based on explicit information that I’ve collected from conversations or from forms. It was a good fit for my company, when I have to purchase databases. But it is completely inappropriate for B2C type of businesses with no concept of a lead.

What do you like best?

Infer offers a free trial for testing the application, it has very good features that provide Machine Learning analytics regarding of multiple data of users, receives information from many external sources in order to make an appropriate profile and from there the evaluation of an specific user. It's incredibly ease to understand and use, with proper configuration this software can work almost automatically which shows its great robustness and efficiency.robustness and efficiency.

What do you dislike?

The fact that it does not offer a mobile application detracts from its great productivity in its functions, this would make it necessary for agents to work from their devices without having the need to be in front of a computer. Customer support is not 24/7 so you need to wait to be in business hours, personally I prefer a service that I can contact no matter the time or day, this of course a matter of personal preferences.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Today it is necessary to have a certainty of the necessary corrections for better decision making which are usually critical to succeed in your business, with that being said, having a software like Infer will make this decision making the most accurate thanks to its powerful functions of AI and Machine Learning regardless how big your business may be or how complex the audience you want to target.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I work in a consulting company which is have of paramount importance to maintain a high range of engagement with users as well as create leads for potential clients, so after incorporating Infer into our company has substantially improved user targeting in the campaigns we run, this has made us have a wider range of potential customers, and improving our decisions regarding the best fit to engaged.

What do you like best?

The aspect that opened our eyes most and that was the greatest for us is the number of activity on leads that go none. We have adapted nearly all of our objectives for our group to match what we saw in Infer. The marketing department now aims to increase the percentage of leads scored by Infer but to increase the Infer rating. Our rest of the teams knows that, with the revived try to increase leadership quality, we focus on the appropriate people, rather than just growing numbers, because large numbers look attractive. We all realize how crucial each lead is only because our Team is reunified in this motive.

What do you dislike?

I don't like Infer only as I had to wait this long to have it! However frankly, Infer is wonderful and until now I didn't find anything that I don't like.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Think you need to put all sellers on the same field of play if you do your quantitative analysis assessment and guarantee that you do not handle the data preferentially.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We resolve the issue of priority management, quality assessment and comprehension of the positions and profiles that apply to our company. We purchased Infer in order to give priority, but with only a percentage and a memo we could solve many other issues!

What do you like best?

Infer has simplified the process of scoring leads, uses our experiences with past leads to predict the future of current ones. The deals that we closed before including it in our sales funnel serve to score our new leads. Which allows us to see which are the most likely to become our customers. All automatically.

What do you dislike?

We have not really had problems with Infer since we hired him.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The advantages of having Infer are: better understanding between the marketing team and the sales team, which translates into positive results for the business; we get the most out of our own database; And finally it helps us understand what each lead needs during its journey towards becoming one of our buyers.

What do you like best?

It makes my job easier, making an in-depth analysis of the data collected by our CRM. Infer studies the behavior of our leads and based on that and in its own database assigns a score to each lead so we can distinguish the hottest leads. The process is automatic, does not require manual intervention.

What do you dislike?

Infer is a great tool, I have no complaints.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Infer accelerates the generation of new clients for the company, since after having identified the hottest leads, the only thing our sales team has to do is send their best representatives to close sales.

What do you like best?

Infer analyzes our big data in search of patterns that otherwise we would not have been able to find. Artificial intelligence can analyze many more data than a group of very well prepared people. Therefore, having this tool gives us the ability to create much more accurate predictive models because Infer contrasts the data much more than we could do.

What do you dislike?

I have no complaints about Infer it is a very useful tool.

It works almost automatically; we just had to enable access to our CRM tool to get it going. Another benefit of using Infer is that it not only analyzes our data but also nurtures it, because it compares it to the big data of Infer and its customers, and so we learn from their experiences.

What do you like best?

Infer offers a very accurate and easy to implement predictive sales analysis. The system uses our same database to search and compare behaviors and thereby determine who are the most likely to buy EVERYTHING AUTOMATICALLY.

I feel comfortable with this tool I have no complaints.

Infer saves us time and increases our productivity. Using the scoring system we can make informed decisions, distribute our resources intelligently and close sales faster. It also helps us estimate the volume of sales and profits of our products.

I love that Infer through it's AI is able to study the market trend from a large database giving us needs that have been missed.

From the time we started using this tool we have seen our sales increase this helping us in making more profits.

The functionality of this tool is unmatched. I have nothing that I do not like about it.

Since our company started using this brilliant software our sales started increasing. I like infer because it has accountability and it is accurate when giving predictions.

It has allowed the management body to run very easily because we can identify and analyse potential customers very fast.

The more we use infer the more the benefits increases. We have not come across anything that we can say we dislike concerning infer.
