It covers a job from the first call to the payment. Schedule jobs with arrival windows and see your whole day on one screen. Price the work from a saved price list with parts, labor and sales tax worked out to the cent. Get the customer's approval and e-signature on their phone or yours. How much does it cost?

Solo is $29.99/month for one tech. Teams is $79.99/month for the owner plus up to 5 techs, with no per-seat fees. The first 100 shops get a founding price of $19.99 (Solo) or $49.99 (Teams), locked in for as long as they stay.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, 30 days. We ask for a card at sign-up, but you aren't charged until day 31, and there's a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment.

Can my customers pay by card?

Yes. Your customer taps "Pay by card" on the invoice, or scans a QR code, and pays on their own phone through the Square, Stripe or PayPal account you already have. The money goes straight to you and we don't take a cut. Cash, check, Venmo, Cash App and Zelle work too.

Does it work with no signal?

Yes. Jobs, signatures, photos and payments save on the phone in basements and attics, and sync by themselves when you're back online.

Is it in the App Store or Google Play?

Not yet, and you don't need to download anything. Open app.gethvacpad.com on your iPhone or Android and add it to your home screen, and it works like an app. It also runs in any computer's browser.

Can I send invoices in Spanish?

Yes. Set English or Español on each customer, and their invoice, signing page, PDF and payment reminders come out in their language. The app itself also runs in English or Spanish.

Can I bring my existing customers?

Yes. Import them from a spreadsheet, add them as you go, or send us your list and we'll help set it up.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can export every customer and job to PDF or Excel anytime, even after you cancel. Cancel yourself in the app, with no contract and no cancellation call.
