What do you like best about Yext?I like how easy Yext is to use and the great support team. It saves us team time by allowing us to lean on the Yext support team, so we can prioritize other tasks.What do you dislike about Yext?Listing licenses could be a bit cheaper. They are quite expensive (around 500 a pop), wish they were more affordable.What problems is Yext solving and how is that benefiting you?I use Yext for listings and duplicate suppression, which solves those problems effectively. What do you like best about Yext?I like that Yext makes it easy to respond to reviews. Once I find where to go, I can easily respond to reviews on our company on Google and Yelp. The initial setup of Yext was fairly easy too.What do you dislike about Yext?It's a little hard to navigate Yext to find what I need. When I go look for a review, it's a little hard for me to find where to go—I end up clicking a bunch of things first. Navigating the website could be improved by making it a little more user-friendly to find things.What problems is Yext solving and how is that benefiting you?I use Yext to manage reviews and online activity for my businesses. Although navigation is tricky, once I find the right spot, responding to reviews on Google and Yelp is easy.

It's really nice that it shows reviews and gives the option to respond to them, which is super helpful since we have 270 locations across 15+ accounts.
