What is Userlytics and how does it work? Userlytics is a remote user testing platform that allows individuals and companies to test their websites, prototypes, mobile apps and even competitors' assets. It helps them to optimise their services to customers, user interface and overall experience. Userlytics comes with advanced video capture and editing tools that record tests, hyperlinked annotation, automate transcriptions and highlight reels for both moderated and unmoderated UX testing. The platform uses advanced quantitative metric systems, such as time on task and success/ failure metrics, rating questions and more to test the products effectively. Userlytics helps to optimise the information architecture (IA) of websites, apps and prototypes by analysing participants’ mental model as they categorise and search for items. The platform allows users to easily launch a moderated UX test or an interview by scheduling a live conversation. It is an in-browser platform which means that there is no need for participants to download any application to take part in a survey.
