Yes, UXCam provides API.
We really like the service, everything is very easy to connect and configure in a couple of clicks. I liked the heatmaps, with their help I was able to understand how users behave in the application. This is the best product I've used.
there are small problems with ios on react native
https://github.com/uxcam/react-native-ux-cam/issues/8
we solve user behavior problems. We are looking for reasons that stop the user from buying products
Ease of getting started. install SDK, get the key and voilà ! (there is a bit much work though if you want your event and screen name in but....)
Large spectrum of functionalities, especially the Funnel view is nice and usefull
Uxcam gives a very good way to debug during development or do support with users to understand what happened with the video recording and playbacks
very supportive onboarding and customer success team
very reactive product management (listen to feature request from clients, bring new things regularly)
GDPR focused
it's one of the best mobile "analytics" on market with strong focus on user experience
Interface is somewhat "clumpsy" or cluttered from time to time
plans on uxcamr site are not explicit enough with what is cinluded/limited or not
perhaps pricing model a bit expensive in the long run (i wish they had other more fexible models)
Understand what led to issues for app debugging during development-> sequence of events and playback
Do support with users to understand what happened with the video recording and playbacks
Conversion analysis with funnel and screeen flow
I really love the session replays, hotspots, and funnels I’m able to see within UXCam
I’m excited for the improvements to segmentation coming soon!
Helps us more easily track and improve our customers user experience
The ability to see what users are doing in the app. A lot of times we have been able to see bugs in UXCam that we couldn't replicate otherwise.
Nothing yet. We love everything about it so far.
User testing is the biggest problem we're solving right now. Being a small startup, the free plan has been helping out. a lot.
We had problems identifying issues that our development team could never re-create. With UXCam we were able to find the issue quickly and resolve it.
Session triggers could be a little clearer.
We are solving unreported bugs at a very fast rate with the help of UXCam
We have been searching for the past 2 years for a mobile app analytics tool that has clear documentation and works great with React Native. UXCam solved this problem and we are looking to make our product better and discover qualitative and quantitative insights. It works great for the developers and product people.
Nothing to dislike as they are helping us to solve the specific problem with developer-friendly documentation and interface.
If you are a startup and have a mobile app. Implement UXCam since day one, we did not have the luxury before 2 years. It will help you to get amazing insights from your customers
We tried to use different tools but they did not support react native (or they supported with limitation). UXCam is helping us to get screen replays and heatmaps without any limitation.
1. Data collection is simple and customizable.
2. Wide variety of super useful data for user research.
3. It has helped us to find some bottlenecks and recognize errors and how to reproduce them.
It worked as we expected, we are very satisfied with the tool. They have done a great job, what we would like is to have support for typescript in the cordova dependency.
We have found some design errors in our user flow that without UXCam it would have been very difficult to discover them.
The ability to view screen recordings of users has been incredibly helpful in addressing bugs and usability issues.
Right now, we don't really have any issues with UXCam.
This is the second company I've used UXCam with. At both companies, we've utilized UXCam to follow our user's journey through our app in order to debug and address usability issues throughout our apps. We've been able to identify when users are frustrated or don't understand certain features as well as bugs that aren't easily identifiable through logging and analytics.
1. Being able to see how our users interact with the app.
2. Add layers of analytics in addition to the videos.
3. Additional information and metadata about every user is seamlessly collected and presented.
4. Really quick and responsive support team.
1. Their SDK is on the right way to be super friendly, but I wish they had typescript support.
2. I wish it was possible to subscribe to a paid plan without the assistance of a support team member.
3. Better support for react-native and screen names tracking.
4. Missing support for rage clicking detection.
Being able to quickly and visually see the bugs and issues our users encounter.
We have a very complicated app that has a lot of non-deterministic behavior that is hard to follow with logs and error reporting. Visually seeing them makes it x100 easier to debug.
This tool helped us a lot to find the hidden issues. We are a startup with very limited resources. And could not have large number of QA resources. So we tested our app with beta users. And this tool made it very simple to see what user can do with app. Heat maps, Where user is spending time, If anything goes wrong what user was doing, What was the state of the app. Which OS, phone app was on. The state of the memory, storage and processing. And the best part all shown visually to us.
I personally did not find anything. It worked as per my expectation.
Finding Issues, How user is using app, Where user is spending time.
