What is TrackItWeekly?

TrackItWeekly is a cloud-based inventory counting and ordering app built for small businesses and multi-location franchises. It replaces spreadsheets with a structured weekly counting ritual on your phone, automatically calculates PAR levels from rolling usage data, and generates vendor-ready order emails. No POS integration required.

How much does TrackItWeekly cost?

Plans start at $19/month for a single location with 500 SKUs. Growth is $79/month (up to 5 locations), Scale is $149/month (up to 10 locations), and Enterprise is $499/month (custom, unlimited). Annual billing saves 20%. A 14-day free trial is available with no credit card required.

Does TrackItWeekly integrate with my POS system?

No. TrackItWeekly is a standalone counting and ordering tool. It does not require POS integration. This is intentional. The app is built around a weekly counting ritual, not real-time POS sync. You count what is physically on the shelf, not what the system thinks should be there.

Can I import data from Shopify or Stocky?

Yes. TrackItWeekly supports importing items from both Shopify and Stocky. This makes migration straightforward for merchants transitioning away from Stocky, which is shutting down August 31, 2026.

How long does a weekly count take?

30 to 90 minutes per location, depending on item count and store size. A typical cafe with 100 to 200 SKUs takes 15 to 30 minutes. A retail store with more items may take closer to 90 minutes.

Does TrackItWeekly work offline?

Yes. The mobile app supports offline counting. Counts are queued locally and auto-sync when you reconnect. This is designed for store rooms and back-of-house areas with poor cell service.

What are PAR levels and how does the app calculate them?

PAR (Periodic Automatic Replacement) levels are the minimum quantity of each item you should keep in stock. TrackItWeekly calculates PAR automatically using a rolling 3-week average of your actual usage data. Seasonal multipliers can be applied for items with predictable seasonal demand spikes.

What are Stock Dots?

Stock Dots are a color-coded reorder guidance system. Green means you are fully stocked. Yellow means order soon. Red means order now. Gray means no data yet (less than 3 weeks of usage history). This gives your manager instant visual guidance on every item during the count.

What is the Concept feature?

The Concept feature lets you group items by brand, supplier, or category. For multi-brand stores, you can group items by brand so the count matches how you physically walk the store room. For independent operators, you can group by supplier source (roaster, grocery store, Restaurant Depot) so your order is organized by where you buy each item.
