"User Friendly and Great Support"

What do you like best?

Thundertix has fantastic support, is very intuitive and is easy for our customers to navigate. I like that some of my colleague in town use the service as well so we are able to talk with one another when we have questions.

What do you dislike?

As a Canadian I dislike that my invoices show up in American dollars and so I only see the actual price once payment hits my account.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

ThunderTix has an online support team second to none. They have a feature request system that allows you not only to make suggestions for improvements to the software but you are able to read other users' requests and vote on the ones you also want to see happen. In my experience, sometimes you start using a program and it doesn't work how you want it to and you think 'this is a drag' - but with ThunderTix their team will actually take in your feedback and the changes you want to see will happen! ThunderTix has given us an amazing tool to work with and by using the collective knowledge and experience of their users - Thundertix is constantly striving to improve. I have had a few instances where the perimeters of the software did not allow me to get a report in the time frame I needed. I sent a quick support request in and got an answer and a fix within 1 business day. It was awesome. With ThunderTix I feel like I have an additional staff member taking care of all that 'tech' stuff I'm still learning about. You will not be disappointed.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We used to do internal gift certificates but are now able to do them through Thundertix which makes tracking so much easier. We are also able to add a donation option on check out which has helped us raise thousands of dollars in extra income in the first 2 years of implementation alone.

The best at what it does.

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Right from the very start in contacting ThunderTix over the phone, I knew right off the bat, I've got an ideal ticketing system for our choir. Each question being thrown at that time was answered with confidence. System details were broken down in terms that anyone can understand. Ticketing system limitations were broken down with honest explanations and clear ways of getting around them. I appreciate them understanding non-profits and even putting in a donation option.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only thing I'd recommend is to find some way for a group of attendees to make a purchase on blocked seats via a code. Even if that won't come to fruition, at least it would be that awesome functionality worth thinking about. Overall, there's nothing to hate.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It did an awesome job of doing most of the heavy weight! What's more, volunteers won't have to worry much. No need to go back and forth with event arrangements and ticket isues.

When making use and reseacing online ticketing systems, ThunderTix separates itself from the crowd. It's easy to use. Plus it offers flexibility in adapting to venue scenarios. It comes with data reporting and excellent tech support. Thundertix happens to be just one of very few ticketing platform that actually listens to what users have to say.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In the initial going, ThunderTix seemed like a one-stop-shop seen in other online ticketing platforms. But due to their tech support system that's more personalized, it evolved as an ideal solution that's a turn-key for consumers. It's a tool that can adapt to any business.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

For a venue that's several times the size of a typical football field, opportunities for seating are several times than that of a sporting event. That means reserved seating and operating on a guest-oriented service. ThunderTix intently listened to the challenges were were facing. They set up a solution for us that fostered an increase in attraction opportunity. At the same time, it offered turn key accessibility with a sturdy system in collecting data.

I was a TicketMaster user. But ThunderTix turned the tables for me.

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how tickets cane be printed out and includes the name of the buyer. It's cool having the ability to directly run charges vai the program. I couldn't do that through TicketMaster for the Asheville Symphony. ThunderTix is easy to use. It's fun using it actually.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Customers frequently call since they're having difficulty making ticket orders online. And the seats that were picked happen to be "on hold." The sad part was, I couldn't do anything for the several straight minutes. The only thing I'm limited to do is taking their number and giving them a call back. Another problem is that when an interested customer wants two seats in the same rows that aren't seated side by side, I'd receive an error notification.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I feel it's a good idea for season ticket holder to reserve tickets for all throughout the season by simply inputting their code numbers. What's more, it's awesome to easily switch dates since we have a lot of people who do that frequently.

A great ticketing system across the board.

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

One of the best things we appreciate is how responsive their customer service is. When you want them, they're constantly there. The system is simple to utilize. I get all the required info which importantant to comprehending the reality of today's business. While listening to your gut is sone thing, but doing so involves informing it with numbers, and that Thundertix lets you do just that.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At times, changes can be seen in the program that we didn't come to expect. So that led to some disruptions. This would slightly affecs our partners in ticker-selling. It'd be nice to have some kind of notice before changes are being rolled out. Bu then again, these changes are small and aren't that difficult to understand.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

One main issue seen in the Mauch Chunk Opera House is the pricing. We're downright grassroots and taking next to zero money from companies and continuing operations all comes down to how I'm capable of running a business. We're headquarted in a rural location, so it's one unique challenge. Thundertix did a splendid job addressing such issue.
