What do you like best about Spendesk?What I value most is the control and visibility Spendesk gives me, without slowing the teams down. Employees can spend within clear limits, I can approve what matters in just a few clicks, and I get a real-time view of company spending. Overall, it gives my team back a lot of time.What do you dislike about Spendesk?There’s very little I dislike. My main wish is for Spendesk to expand its local coverage to more countries, such as Norway, where we also operate. Having the same level of local support there that we have in our other markets would make it even more valuable for us.What problems is Spendesk solving and how is that benefiting you?Spendesk helps us manage spending across several countries from a single platform. Previously, card payments, approvals, and supplier invoices required a lot of manual follow-up. Now employees can pay for what they need within clear limits, requests move through defined approval workflows, and bookkeeping is handled automatically through the integration with our accounting tool. For me, that translates into stronger control, cleaner month-end data, and a finance team that spends less time on admin and more time on analysis.

What do you like best about Spendesk?Spendesk has genuinely automated our full workflow from procurement to payment. Requests get routed for approval automatically, cards and payments are issued right from the platform, and invoices flow straight through to reconciliation without manual chasing. What used to be a fragmented process across email, spreadsheets and separate approval steps is now one connected flow, which has saved our finance team real time each month and given us much better visibility into spend as it happens rather than after the fact.What do you dislike about Spendesk?The initial integration with Business Central was a bit bumpy, with some setup and mapping issues that took time to work through. It has since stabilized and now runs smoothly, but the early rollout could have been more straightforward. Beyond that, there is not much to complain about, most of what we needed was there from the start."What problems is Spendesk solving and how is that benefiting you?Before Spendesk, our procurement to payment process was spread across email approvals, manual PO tracking and separate steps for card spend, invoices and reconciliation. That made it hard to see committed spend in real time and created extra manual work for the finance team each month. With Spendesk, requests, approvals, card issuing and invoice processing all run through one platform, so we can see spend as it happens rather than after the fact. This has cut down the time our team spends chasing approvals and matching invoices, and it has given us much better control over budgets and cost centers across the business.

What do you like best about Spendesk?A spend platform that brings invoice processing, approvals, payments, cards, and procurement together in one place. Recommended to all teams that want to save time, get control and visibility over their spendings. What do you like best about Spendesk?It makes accounting and invoice management incredibly efficient and easy to handle, significantly reducing the time I spend on these tasks. Support is very responsive and genuinely helpful whenever I need it. The MCP also makes the tool even easier and faster to use overall.What do you dislike about Spendesk?It would be great if it offered native integrations with more accounting software.What problems is Spendesk solving and how is that benefiting you?It empowers our employees to manage their own subscriptions and payments, which makes the process faster and more efficient. It also streamlines our accounting workflow, making it much easier and quicker and saving us significant time. On top of that, it gives us a holistic overview of our spending and subscriptions.

What do you like best about Spendesk?Easy access to multiple expense claims across the business, along with clear visibility into company spending. I feel we are getting our money's worth as we have been using a system that has allowed the finance function to have transparency over the business spending of all its employees ensuring adequate budgets have been met and we can esnure seamless reimbursment on a mass scale saving time spent by them on manual receipt uploads and reviewing of expense claimsWhat do you dislike about Spendesk?It needs better dashboarding. I want to be able to see every facet of company spending in one place.What problems is Spendesk solving and how is that benefiting you?It solves the problem of decentralized, chaotic company spending by centralizing these functions and bringing them under one place.

What do you like best about Spendesk?The ability for our different teams to track their budgets in real time. It's honestly been a game changer for us. The platform is easy enough for all team members, including our external bookkeepers, to understand and work with which has made our payables process much more straight forward, simpler, faster and more accurate. The integration with Xero makes reporting and month end accurate and quick.What do you dislike about Spendesk?The AI is good overall, but it still misses some duplicates. A big improvement would be if it could not only detect duplicates more reliably, but also catch duplicates across legal entities. That would help us prevent errors, strengthen cross-entity controls, and avoid unnecessary costs.What problems is Spendesk solving and how is that benefiting you?As I mentioned, it gives our teams real-time insights into their spending habits and helps with budget tracking. As a BCorp, Spendesk’s reports have also enabled us to track our suppliers, see which team(s) use them, and create benchmarks and KPIs to monitor our progress.
