What are the best aspects of this product?
Super easy to send a document over and get the signatures you need. On the end user side, easy to sign and even emails you a copy of your document.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have been on the end user side when there is a glitch and the document won't sign due to failure to sync to the sender's system
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would prefer it not to close immediately after you sign. I know it sends you an email but sometimes I don't want to have to go and open another email while in the middle of a phone conversation about the document.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I think it's 12 times easier to not have to chase people down for signatures or worry about faxing documents over or scanning documents in. It for sure makes it easy.
