"All In One ABM/ABX"

What do you like best about RollWorks Account-Based Platform?

It fully integrates with our HubSpot CRM. Strategically planning and executing Marketing, Re-Targeting and Sales Intent Campaigns is easy to implement, track, and report on. It is straightforward to use. Implementation and onboarding were fantastic. Plus, I love all of the features.

What do you dislike about RollWorks Account-Based Platform?

They have implemented additional functionality and new features since we added the Rollworks that I like and it has resolved most of the workflows and reporting that I had some issues with early on.

What problems is RollWorks Account-Based Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has been influential in refining our ICPs, improving lead scoring, buyer intent, retargeting, cross-selling/upselling, account-based analytics, sales intelligence, and so much metrics and analytics.

I am able to target intent companies and know where my ad spend is going. The platform provides visibility where you won't get with other tools.

The integration with Salesforce was not a great experience for my team. It took longer than expected and not as smooth.

RollWorks genuinely wants their customers to succeed. Our account manager, Jennifer, is fantastic. She is available 24/7 to answer our endless questions. The amount of education and resources RollWorks provides us demonstrates their level of customer care. In addition, RollWorks is easy to use and implement. The amount of capabilities RollWorks has makes our marketing strategy more successful and robust.

There really isn't anything I dislike about using RollWorks.

What do you like best about RollWorks Account-Based Platform?

RollWorks has helped us expand our brand awareness and help influence several of our vertically focused target accounts. We have booked several meetings from our ABM strategy with RollWorks. We're expecting big things as we're ready to invest even more money into this program.

What do you dislike about RollWorks Account-Based Platform?

Unfortunately, there is no quick fix with ABM. RollWorks has a great team supporting us and it just takes time to run the tests and develope the campaigns. There are no shortcuts with ABM.

What problems is RollWorks Account-Based Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to using RollWorks, we did not have an effective solution that could target our top tier accounts, pull that data into HubSpot and help us make more informed decisions. Now, we can look at a multitude of reports that show us which ads are performing the best, what accounts are engaging with us and how those engagements are influencing open deals. We've only scratched the surface with what we can do with RollWorks and we look forward to expanding it in the near term.

What do you like best about RollWorks Account-Based Platform?

We're new to the platform, but we're already gleaning very useful information with it's ability to de-anonymize website traffic at a company level. Really useful for determing intent/interest and arming the sales team with useful data.

What do you dislike about RollWorks Account-Based Platform?

The new keyword based intent feature is really helpful, but it tends to catch too many accounts and seems semi-innacurate. I can see it more as a guiding light rather than true north.

What problems is RollWorks Account-Based Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rollworks is helping us uncover previously hidden buyer intent with it's ability to de-anonymize website traffic at the company level. It's also helping us create cohesive, omni-channel account based marketing campaings.
