So after failed encounter with Unibet CS and consulted Resolver and they fixed it fast Helped me solve issues with Unibet
What do you like best about Resolver?
I was not even sure if anyone will listen to my concern. I was not getting free spins and the customer care was non-responsive. I was surprised that even a small customer like me got the full attention of the Resolver and they made sure the issue was resolved.

It is not widely known. So many people might not know that any such facility is there. So they need to be more prominent

But, sometimes I believe for little complex to navigate and others think that reporting features need to improve by finding some limitations. What do you like best about Resolver?
The simplicity of pulling detailed reports, even though it is a complex platform. Maggie McVey is great to work with, due to her knowledge of the system and dedication to our company.
What do you dislike about Resolver?
We have been using the platfrom for about a year now, and at this point I have no complaints.
What problems is Resolver solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most current use has to do with reporting out of our 40+ Retail Stores across the United States and Canada. We recently used Resolver to determine when the most critical days/times of the week are, and we are now adjusting our In-House Safety & Security teams to ensure they are working during those critical times. Great platform for reporting.

What do you like best about Resolver?
The sales, configuration and support staff I have worked with all seem to listen to what I want and to really try to make it happen. We therefore have a system that is really flexible and well tailored to our speciifc needs. The interface is user freindly for our external clients as well as the team.
What do you dislike about Resolver?
While we do get a fair amount of reporting from the software, there are reporting limitations and also report presentation could be enhanced. There is a reporting add on feature, but it should come standard.
What problems is Resolver solving and how is that benefiting you?
The team is located in several countries so a cloud based solution is perfect for us and keeps us connected. We are better able to share documents and cross quality review when everything is accessible in the cloud. The direct linkages into ERM making collaboration with that department much easire.

Resolver has helped our company in many ways.
What do you like best about Resolver?
It is very helpful in the tracking of our work assignments in our security department. I like the the ability to assign work assignments to members of our security team, and tracking them until completion. It is also very easy to enter and track incidents.

There have been alot of upgrades that have taken place that have really help out in the areas that were previously lacking.

Real world product offerings developed from listening to the clients that they support. Additionally, cross team collaboration in the product development and excellent product support.
What do you dislike about Resolver?
The customizing of the Core application comes with the issue of not having a dedicated User Guide to support the product. This issue is not an easy solve as my understanding is that due to the complexity of customizied software, it would be near impossible to create a "One fit for All" guide.
