Phone Verification by Danal

Phone Verification by Danal allows you to quickly verify a user's phone number during a sign up or login process without having to send them a SMS. It is an even quicker process than sending a text message. It verifies phone numbers in a couple of steps. In the first step (after you have collected the user's phone number), you use the phone number to call the “Verify a Phone Number” API. Danal (Phone Verification) then carries out network checks and responds to your request with a code signalling whether the request has been successful or not. If, for some reason, this process doesn't work, It will use a text message to verify the phone number using the “Switch to Fallback” feature. When the user has entered the code sent during this process, the number will have been verified and they can carry on with the process. This process is designed to be frictionless, with no input necessary from your company.
