What do you like best?

MobileMonkey is amazing in both its breadth and depth. It's so versatile, I can use it for just about every platform and do so many things with it. And yet, it's also incredibly user-friendly. I never lost track of what I wanted to do with its interface even once.

What do you dislike?

I'm completely satisfied with MobileMonkey. I never found any nagging issues I couldn't figure out on my own while using it.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

MobileMonkey is what I would recommend to any business or agency who is looking to take their marketing to the next level through chat. Using this tool is like hiring a whole team that never rests. That kind of power makes it a force multiplier.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

MobileMonkey excels in both customer service and marketing. It can handle customer inquries, as well as drip campaigns and lead generation.

What do you like best?

It’s great that it has a multifunctional feature where we can connect with clients using different platforms like WhatsApp, Instagram, SMS, etc. It is also convenient that I get to manage all my conversations with an integrated chatbox.

I have no issues in using MobileMonkey, so far.

What do you like best?

It’s so easy to use and has a really nice and clear interface for chat between workers. The pricing of the product is very affordable if you don’t want the free version.

What do you dislike?

It sometimes lags between messages but not that much. The customer service team can sometimes take a while to get back to you with problems. It would be nice if there was more choice with layout changes.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Great software for messages and instant chat messages. Really fast communication between colleagues and a great pricing deal if you need to use the paid version.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Any issues in the workplace are being solved in a timely fashion and it’s alot quicker than email communications. The benefits is definitely efficiency and the inbox is really helpful for out of office emails.

It is so easy to use, even if you have no previous experience with bots.

What do you dislike?

Some of the features are limiting, but I hope that will change over time.

I don't have to chat with applicants all day! MM does it for me. MM really helps me weed out applicants that are not a good fit. I don't waste time with individuals who are just not good hires.

I also love how the bot gets smarter the more it is used.

What do you like best?

Mobile Monkey was good last year...but they are even better this year. They offer you templates specific to your business goals. If I have a problem I ask for help in their online group and soon my problem is solved. Thank you Mobile Monkey.

At the present time I am satisfied with Monkey Monkey. I wish I was better at operating but that is where I must take more initiative to learn.

What do you like best?

Jason was very helpful resolving a billing issue I had. Thank you Jason!

We didn't really use it, it was cumbersome for our business model, just not a good fit.

We ended up not using the software, but I had left a negative review regarding their billing, that issue was resolved so I am updating the review.

What do you like best?

I like when companies produce easier ways to market on popular social networks like Facebook. I love that you can upgrade Facebook ads and will allow you to send chat blasts.

What do you dislike?

I honestly haven’t had any negative experience with this company yet.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I feel like I can reach a bigger audience in my Facebook community with new and upgraded Facebook ads. It allows me to do list building as well. More organization throughout.

I love that this is a Larry Kim & Brain team product. He always has an award winning support team too! I love that this is so cutting edge for businesses and makes my agency look like we are always forward future in what we do and offer! The Mobile Monkey Support Team makes it easy to reach out to and to also pick their brain about upcoming capabilities and build out strategies. they are a very conscious group and partners. It is not often that i find marketing vendors I can truly call a partner - Mobile is just that

I do not have anything negative to say. This company right form the day it opened it's doors was fantastic with support and rapidly grew its product offering- it was fantastic and continues to be

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are looking for a Messenger bot that has a team of support that has a true concept of undying customer support, then your'll want to evaluate Mobile Monkey for sure. The infrastructure is robust and has the potential to do nearly anything you ask it to do. You can also connect with higher level design guys that can help you excel beyond its current capabilities and they also love the interaction- it challenges them and they like to help you overcome needs obstacles - the best out there as far a I am concerned and I have tested out quite few vendors for many of my clients. this is where the future is for sure!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The benefits that Mobile Monkey has offered most to my clients is that the bot acts like a virtual assistant for admissions teams. I provide digital marketing services to the education division of Redken & L'Oreal schools and this bot has helped them gain access to leads in a way they have not before and it helps them gain leads when they may not have. It also has me pre-qualify leads therefore providing my customers higher quality leads!
