How can I start my trial?

It's easy! Just sign up to start your trial right away. You can also choose which plan you'd like to trial.

Do my clients have to pay for HubFit?

No, HubFit will always be completely free for your clients. They won't have to pay anything extra beyond what you charge for your coaching services.

How does pricing work across monthly, annual, and the Ultimate volume tiers?

Every plan can be billed monthly or annually. Annual billing saves you two months compared to month-to-month.

Standard, up to 50 clients: $39/mo monthly, $33/mo annual.

Premium, up to 100 clients: $69/mo monthly, $57/mo annual.

Ultimate, scales with client count:

Up to 100 clients: $119/mo monthly, $99/mo annual.
Up to 200 clients: $209/mo monthly, $174/mo annual.
Up to 300 clients: $289/mo monthly, $241/mo annual.
Up to 400 clients: $359/mo monthly, $299/mo annual.
Up to 500 clients: $419/mo monthly, $349/mo annual.

I have more than 500 clients, do you have a plan for me?

Yes. The Ultimate plan extends beyond 500 clients with dedicated tiers for 1,000+ clients. To be placed on one of these tiers, reach out via live chat in the bottom-right corner of the site or email our support team.

Can I cancel my trial or subscription at any time?

Yes! We have a no-commitment policy, and you can cancel your trial or subscription directly from your billing account.

What happens if I want to upgrade or downgrade my plan?

With the monthly plan, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. You'll be charged a pro-rated amount based on your new plan.

Can I customize how the app looks?

Yes! With the premium plan, we offer custom branding for the internal HubFit app, your custom pricing page, and client emails. You can personalize these with your brand theme, name, headline, and logo.
