What do you like best?

Mainly UI and notification which are coming on Field EZ App.

What do you dislike?

Data or Report filtering option is missing into Mobile App. If someone want to see his past call logs or ticket history then it is not easy to search using mobile app. Also not supporting more than 500 or 700 line item into the drop down list or Pick List. This limitations should not be there. Also need to improve dependency level fields as currently it is one to one. But it should be one to many. So that any organization can fulfils their requirement in term of any granular level data to their sales or service employees.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If your are into service or sales oriented company then definitely go for Field EZ App and can provide it to your sales or service teams with specified functionalities and customer data on which your organization is focusing. Believe me Field EZ App is very easy to be used and with nice and super UI functionalities which any one can like while accessing the App.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Field EZ need to improve reporting tool. As if records are more then sometimes Jasper Reporting tool is stopped working and taking more time to load and provide the data to download. Also dashboards design and customization should be there in order to suffice any organizations requirements as per their own business standard dashboards. Rest almost functionality are very nice into the Field EZ App. Also Product Warranty management should work automatically. For example if any customer bought any product from our organization with some warranty like 2 years or 3 years. Once specified time or date is over then the product warranty status should update automatically into Field EZ App. This is missing as of now into Field EZ App.

What do you like best?

Field EZ is Handy to use all Data will be displayed in home screen in single shot example Graphics and pie charts and also Tickets are being displayed by Workflow , status so this makes easy to plan for the day to schedule and meet customer requirements , and here we can upload images so that it is easily recognizable through face if there are multiple users by same name and here we can upload Schedule as well and Filter is available which is very use full,It reduces Excel Work and saves lot of time

What do you dislike?

When we have Bulk Tickets to upload in Excel csv file even there is spaces and special character ,file doesn't gets uploaded and it would be better if it shows specific error after uploading like which line in excel there are errors ,it takes some time to load the content and when switching from one ticket to other ticket , and appearance there are some large characters which makes portal to scroll down , it would be better if it can be Modified and make appear little small

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

With FieldEZ , it is easy to access all tickets ,and update statuses timely ,with this Field engineers can also access ticket details whenever required across different cities through their Mobile Phones , and from this portal we can achieve our Service level agreement by timely closing tickets and it will be help full for our Payouts overall portal is user friendly

What do you like best?

The entire FieldEz team was very fast in innovating an ATS and Field Solution which helped my est-while organisation (a fortune global 500) win a big contract with a respected client. The expectations from client was complex and already had established competition, however solution provided by FZ team was critical in the service commitment and deliverable.

What do you dislike?

Not much considering most of the concerns gets resolved.

FiledEz has been helping my organisation build cost effective SaaS solutions with great customer centricity and innovative solutions. This has helped organisations to win over critical contracts with great collaboration from tech partner. The FZ senior management is very reachable and gets involved in discussions and meetings which is so very important.

Likelihood to Recommend. I would recommed.Fieldez for anyone. Fieldez CRM is so powerful and highly useful that it would be a benefit to any organization with at least over 3000 employees. This software is highly customizable and integrates with almost any software that might be used by your organization
