What do you like best?
Field EZ is Handy to use all Data will be displayed in home screen in single shot example Graphics and pie charts and also Tickets are being displayed by Workflow , status so this makes easy to plan for the day to schedule and meet customer requirements , and here we can upload images so that it is easily recognizable through face if there are multiple users by same name and here we can upload Schedule as well and Filter is available which is very use full,It reduces Excel Work and saves lot of time
What do you dislike?
When we have Bulk Tickets to upload in Excel csv file even there is spaces and special character ,file doesn't gets uploaded and it would be better if it shows specific error after uploading like which line in excel there are errors ,it takes some time to load the content and when switching from one ticket to other ticket , and appearance there are some large characters which makes portal to scroll down , it would be better if it can be Modified and make appear little small

With FieldEZ , it is easy to access all tickets ,and update statuses timely ,with this Field engineers can also access ticket details whenever required across different cities through their Mobile Phones , and from this portal we can achieve our Service level agreement by timely closing tickets and it will be help full for our Payouts overall portal is user friendly
