What do you like best?
Eversign offers the most value for money for the number of features they have. So far, they've proved to be better than any other e-signing software I have tried. Trust me, I have tried them all: Hellosign, Docusign etc. Eversign has most of the prominent features I need. The API connection with Zapier has been a blessing; with Eversign the signing and saving of documents been fully automated on our side. To compare, you will need to pay their competitor platforms (Hellosign / Docusign etc.) a lot more per month to have the same number of features that Eversign has. Overall, I've found Eversign is the best value for money given the number of features and the affordable cost they currently charge.
What do you dislike?
The design or UI of the platform could have been better. Frankly, they have the least good-looking UI out of all e-signature software I have tried. The email template could have been better designed too, so to be more enticing for people to sign. In terms of colour scheme for the design, perhaps less grey and more vibrant colours for the whole design would make it look more "fresh" and inviting to use. However, the "prettiness" of the Eversign platform comes secondary to its robust functionality and usability, so it's a minor issue from our end.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We use Eversign to solve the e-signing needs with new clients, employees and investors. In the age of working-from-home and adapting to a fully remote working environment, e-signing has now become a vital part of our workflow. Eversign has benefited us by fully automating our signing workflow at a fairly reasonable monthly cost compared to other e-signing competitors.
