We had problems with the data of so many clients and the time was very short, and delivering one by one each software was impossible and it was annoying that the client must take care, looking for solutions to speed up the process we found this tool that facilitates us delivery, everything is added to the system and ready to be distributed, perfect time savings are wonderful.
The UI is very intuitive. It helps me manage my client with ease. I like the state management feature in Clust helps me track the state of each and every client I have. For example, If I have initiated the conversation, or I am negotiating a deal, or brokering the terms, it helps me set reminders and personal notes on each client very efficiently.
I think it can do more for productivity and power users. I would like a feature which would help clust integrate with my SAP/Salesforce products. They can develop a plug-in which will integrate with Slack or other communication platforms as well. This plugin can read by calendar and meetings. Also track the conversation I am having with the client.
Clust is a great tool to manage all your clients in 1 place. Clust has a better UI, is a mobile responsive website. Can have integrations with other products used by sales and marketing. The team should do a market analysis to understand how marketing professionals work and what all tools they use.
I use clust to track all my clients needs and help them close the deal. It helps me explain the small nit bits to my clients and keep them informed of every step of the process. Right now Uber has multiple clients and is speaking with agencies of many cities to help close the deal and start operations in many cities. We also want to partner with restaurants and freight agencies to ship goods. All this happens via phone calls and messaging. So it helps me organize and track productively.
