Bookwhen is an online booking management platform that is used to handle reservations of any size, including outdoor activities, one-on-ones, music festivals, and so on. It enables you to give out free tickets or charge a fee and take payments online with reminder emails, waiting lists, and automatic confirmation options. With BookWhen, attendees are in charge of their own reservations, including transfers and cancellations. It provides features for attendee list, quick check-in and reporting that allow you to keep track of your reservations. You can customize your booking forms for each event, include disclaimers and check replies, and marketing opt-ins as attachments. You can accept payments online using a payment provider of your choice, offline through a 'pay later' feature. The platform enables you to set up email reminders before the event at a time that you choose. You can customize the field replies on the registration to ensure you have all of the information you want. Additionally, you can create a variety of ticket kinds for any event, such as VIP tickets, group/family tickets, and course tickets.
