Saving SO much time!

Bookwhen has been a game changer in my yoga business! Previously, I was spending a few hours a week messaging students with who was in studio, who was on the waiting list. I have saved SO much time with Bookwhen which all my students have found incredibly easy to use. The online help is excellent, and if that doesn't answer the question, everyone at Bookwhen is incredibly helpful. The best investment in my business in a long time!

I have been using Bookwhen for a couple…

I have been using Bookwhen for a couple of years now and so far it has been a positive experience. It has certainly made my life easier and it a is very fairly priced booking system. Staff are always quick to answer your questions, even the Ai bot has given me great guidance out of staff hours (never thought I would ever say that!!)

Arts and crafts classes kids

I use Bookwhen for all my class and party bookings at The Creative Corner, and it’s been brilliant! It’s so easy to set up sessions, manage bookings, and keep everything organised. My customers find it really simple to use too. It’s been around five months we have been open now and I know there is more features to dive into using. Definitely recommend for small business owners! 💜

Easy to use for both customers and the organiser

I've used Bookwhen as a customer for over 6 years, and always found it quick and easy to book my classes and special events.
Now as a fitness instructor myself, I found the system so easy and helpfully user friendly to set my new business account up with all my classes. I highly recommend this App.
I have it as a desktop application as well as an App on my phone. Love it! 😍

Quick and easy to use

I'm not the account holder, I use Bookwhen as an employee. I find it straightforward and easy to use. I can see what classes I'm teaching, who's attending and all relevant details quickly and easily. Being able to see my classes and all other classes easily makes it easy for me to plan visits to the school on non-teaching days.
