AISIX Cloud is a managed AI gateway platform from API7.ai for teams building and operating LLM applications. It provides a central place to manage model access, routing, usage, and gateway environments through an OpenAI-compatible API. Teams connect their own model-provider accounts and pay providers directly. Gateway capabilities include routing and failover, request and token limits, budgets, access controls, and configurable guardrails. Request logs and usage analytics help teams investigate errors, understand latency, and monitor model spending. Feature availability depends on the selected plan. A free Developer plan supports evaluation and small applications. Paid plans add capabilities for production teams, while Enterprise offers private deployment options, organization controls, and dedicated support. The control plane and data planes can run inside the customer's own cloud or VPC on applicable deployments. AISIX Cloud is the commercial managed offering, distinct from the separately available Apache-2.0 AISIX gateway core. It is designed for developers and platform teams that need consistent controls across multiple models and environments.
