Mindcat Lease is property management software for landlords and property managers in Dubai and Riyadh, with lease screens that Mindcat sets up for you. It keeps every lease with its cheque schedule, shows the cheques to bank this week and flags the one that came back, and tracks renewal notice dates so no notice-by date is missed. Each owner gets a statement from the same books, and rent invoices carry the right VAT, such as the UAE 5% template. Buildings, owners and tenants are managed across a whole portfolio of flats, villas, shops, offices and warehouses, and tenants get a portal on their phone. Screens are available in Arabic. Mindcat Lease is hosted in the UAE or Saudi Arabia and priced per unit per month in AED or SAR; staff logins, owners and tenant portal logins add nothing.
