What I love most about Zoho Notebook is its beautiful, card-based visual design. It makes organizing my daily tasks and ideas incredibly easy, and the seamless syncing across all my devices works flawlessly.

What I dislike most about Zoho Notebook is the limited integration with third-party apps compared to larger competitors like Notion or Evernote. While it excels at basic note-taking and visual organization, it can feel like a silo, making it difficult to automate workflows or push information into other productivity tools I use throughout the day.

Zoho Notebook solves the clutter and cost barriers of modern note-taking by offering an ad-free, beautifully visual card system that syncs across unlimited devices for free. This benefits me by eliminating the frustration of strict device limits found in competing apps, while the automatic "Smart Cards" neatly format my checklists, audio, and links so I can stay organized without wasting time on tedious manual formatting.

I’ve also found it useful for savingg ideas, project details, and quick references in one place without getting distracted. For someone who prefers a clean workspace and simple navigation, the experience feels practical and easy to manage on a dailybasis.

One thing that feels limiting in Zoho Notebook is the shared storage system across the Zoho ecosystem. The 5GB storage can start feeling restrictive if you regularly save images, documents, PDFs, or larger project notes. Since many users also use other Zoho apps, the storage gets consumed faster than expected, which can affect the experience over time. I think Zoho should consider offering more flexible storage options or separating Notebook storage from other services because the app itself is clean and useful for long-term organization. Improving this area would make the platform more practical for users who rely on it daily for work, learning, or content management.

I love using Notebook because it helps me save all types of documents, voice files, images and to-do list...you name it, you can store it!

There is nothing specific that can be termed as a dislike!

Quick store and recall any document anywhere! No need to search which folder you have kept the file...

Zoho Notebook combines accessibility, intuitive design and functionality. It has a notebook design that makes effortless to organize my notes by categories and types and I have access to them even without an internet connection when I need to consult data in meetings or outside the office (despite my long list of notes I can find what I need in seconds thanks to its search system by tags); and its interface isn't only pleasant but it's constantly evolving with updates that improve the user experience.

I haven't identified any factors that I find disappointing in Zoho Notebook; it's well thought out, it performs well and its functions respond to my information management needs.

With Zoho Notebook I'm able to organize and categorize my to–do list management (both personal and professional); it allows me to take daily notes on meetings, ideas or information that I need to highlight or reference later; the user experience is simple and has allowed me to save time searching for information.

.the feature to allo multiple nootbooks and sections just like microsoft note but all within zoho ecosystem is great also the ability to access all of that from our mobile devices

nothing actually the notebook is great so far

having nootbook with password access is really helpful to alot of us since we would like privacy to our most valuable inputs

It's easy to use and to implement among the team, has a lot of features such as tags, reminders, etc. It's something I use a lot.

I haven't found anything to improve yet, so I highly recommend it.

I use it to follow up on my tasks and pending items, also to remind me of something I need to be aware of.

I like its collaboration and sharing feature that enables me to invite other people to view or edit my notes and notebooks.

Zoho notebook is solving my problem of creating notes and sharing that notes with other people in order to view or edit my notes. It allow me to use text,checklist,audio,photo, file and sketch card to capture my ideas and collaborate with others.
