Amazing social media management platform !!

I have hands-on experience with Zoho, including implementation, customization, and day-to-day usage across different business functions. I’ve worked with modules such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Analytics, using them to streamline financial operations, manage customer data, automate workflows, and generate real-time reports.

My focus has been on improving process efficiency, ensuring data accuracy, and aligning Zoho tools with organizational goals for better decision-making and control.

Zoho has made it light years easier to post across multiple platforms—something that was a huge pain point before due to the time involved. They follow up VERY well offering assistance and checking to see if I and my team have any questions. I’ll definitely be signing up after the trial based on how helpful their platform and customer service has been. @zohosocial

Easy to navigate. The subscription includes up to 3 users- which is better than some apps that nickle and dime you for each login. The approval flow is pretty good as well.
