I have had good success with zBuyer. I've been able to convert. Buyer leads and seller leads over the last year. The customer service has been exceptional. I've converted about six transactions over the last year directly related to ZBuyer .

Sometimes the leads are old and out of date

I love the challenge of converting a lead. These leads were a bit older, one aging back to 10/2021. I had success on three listings and sales this month w/Zbuyer.

I wish everyone were a buyer and seller, but that is not the case every time.

We have no issues.

Just like any lead, it's a numbers game and sometimes bad contact info.

As any lead goes, there are different levels. Some are duds, some are long-term nurture, and some are hot and ready to go. I like all the prospect leads. If you work them consistently, set them up on drip campaigns, and call the ones showing signs of buying or selling, you are bound to find someone who needs your assistance.

Some of the leads will say they never filled anything out online. Or they feel they were deceived in some way.

If the lead is a duplicate, they will replace it. If the lead's information is bogus, they will replace it.

The customer service is great. The system is easy to you use and the leads are good. One of the best things about the system is that the leads can be replaced. Love the facebook mastermind group as well.

Nothing, I like everything and it is affordable

They are working with you to ensure you get the best leads and also have lots of training to help you succeed.

Through these systems I have become more productive.

Love that the leads can be replaced, and honestly the customer service is top notch. First time I feel it's like a team, not just a company trying to make a buck.

I would say at first, I didn't use a crm/use the guides & resources to capatilze on the leads!

Helping get sellers is this tough market, is key!

Definitely try it for several months, the leads are good and you will for sure get business if you are a good agent.

I have time to be a realtor and not constantly worry that I am not going to have leads.

It's easy to sign up and you get a lot of leads for one consistent price. I have stopped all other subscription lead services. I love how I can interact with the owner and she makes adjustments based on what is working and what isn't. If leads slow down one month the necessary ad changes are made to improve the system.

I like everything. Price is affordable and its rare I have to fight another agent for a shared lead. I am really happy with it.

I needed to get the leads into my regular CRM. Problem solved. Works great. i only use Zbuyer for Lead Gen. So cant really answer the next question :)

Great source for additional leads. Just have open expectations regarding the program and know that its a numbers game that will take time to find the deals...

There have been a lot of complaints about the leads, however its just like any other lead capture... its a numbers game. I have taken multiple listings and even found off market properties for buyers using the site.

Z-buyer is probably the best lead generation site out there. The leads are all over the board but then again for $120 a mo, what do you expect, someone else to filter them?

I get about 40+ leads a mo. Now they have started adding buyer leads as well, awesome. So you pay $1440 a yr for the service, get about 500 leads a year. let's say you really are bad at Real Estate so out of 500 you get only 1/5th of 1% to buy or sell.....1 sale in 12 months.

Lets say that sale was only $150,000 and your commission $4000. In 12 months you invested $1440.00 and turned it into $4000.00. That is a 36% return on your investment for ONE SALE! Try that in the stock market. Time spent calling leads, well at about 1.25 leads a day, maybe 5 minutes a day, unless they are good.

Now imagine your sales skills are ok and you sell to or for 3% of the leads.....15 sales...you do the math.

The reason people do not succeed is not the program, it is the lack of action, daily, regular, consistent action. if you do the work, anything will work.

Well the only dislike I have about Z Buyer that sometimes some of the leads end up being fake which a problem in a sense.
