What do you like best?

The attribution model increased our ROI by more than 50% in the first three months. Apart from the KPI improvement, it brings in transparency across your (digital) media spend. Very valuable, especially if you work with agencies managing your budgets. I'd absolutely recommend this vendor.

What do you dislike?

It's a challenge to let organizations understand attribution modeling vs. last-click conversions (what most agencies report on). Be prepared for some change management.

What do you like best?

A plug and play SaaS solution to derive data driven marketing strategies which directly impacts ROI. The dashboard gives a detailed understanding of every marketing efforts with a complete visibility on customer journeys. Their consistent communication offers strategies aligned to the business need.

What do you dislike?

So far in my experience there is nothing which I have disliked. The teams are extremely supportive, their processes are designed in a way that one get swift customer experience.

If you are a marketer in your organisation, just go for their solutions. Scale of realised benefits will be immense.

What do you like best?

The support team at Windsor were great at understanding the challenge we had and then coming up with a solution to pull and combine the data we had access to.

What do you dislike?

Some of the customisation to charts and channel definition requires knowledge of basic programming languages. But the Windsor team very very helpful in supporting us when this was required and I did eventually teach myself how to do it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our client is in education and customer decision cycle from initial research to enrolment is quite long and involves many touches. Many of these touches are made online before the potential student enquires and starts communicating via phone and email with the school. Windsor allowed us to connect these website touches with CRM data and has enabled us to report on cost per enrolment by channel and attribute value to all touches along the journey. We've been able to use this data to inform our budget allocation and have seen improvement in performance as a result.

What do you like best?

It's hard to choose; beyond providing an expert platform with a massive impact on cost saving and conversions, Windsor also provides analytics insights via dashboards - and provides you with a total overview of your digital marketing activities, extending way beyond 'just adwords'. The single best thing however; they are always ready to help - and do so with both in-depth knowledge and with a big smile. Couldn't be more satisfied.

What do you dislike?

Some aspects of Windsor's interface, could be made more sexy - but if you have an inclination towards the nerdy - while not going full geek - there's absolutely nothing that should hold you back from getting in touch with Windsor for a demonstration/trial.

What do you like best?

Multi-channel data ingestion & modeling which gives time-sensitive insights. Usually, attribution models run for days to give inputs that are not relevant as trends have passed. Windsor's use of machine learning, Artificial intelligence & custom algorithms makes it a unique solution provider for global advertisers

What do you dislike?

The client's inability to see the immense value Windsor brings to the table. Client education and understanding of this topic is very poor in the Asia Pacific region. They tend to drink the last-click attribution cool-aid provided by the walled gardens

What do you like best?

I enjoyed customizable dashboard from Windsor which gives us flexibility to make the best use of the platform. Apart from this, it gives us option to monitor and optimize all the channels in one dashboard. We can integrate multiple channels with Windsor dashboard with super equipped support staff by Windsor.

What do you dislike?

I never found anything to dislike as they keep improving the dashboard for best user experience.
