Great product for Product and design teams to communicate.

The free version expires before we could generate full value from the product but glad that there's a way out, before we choose to upgrade to the paid plan.

The learning curve is the lowest for anyone coming from a non business background. It's by far been one of my favourite tools to operate on by far.

Whimsical supports the seamless sharing and exporting of roadmaps. The ability to attach links directly within the roadmaps is quite impressive and helps me a lot

We can't attach multiple links to a single node in the roadmap only one link is being attached to the node

Whimsical offers the flexibility to create detailed and organized roadmaps. After sharing the link, we can make changes in real time and make the roadmaps updated

UI/UX and flexibility while using the Mind Maps, Sticky Notes and Phone Interfaces. The auto-detection of flow in mind maps and arrows helps in quick ideation and fast sharing among colleagues

Shortcut keys needs to be managed and improved like Alt+Enter doesn't work well for changing the line, also include the feasibility for bullets and strikethrough in permitted texts

It helps in mind mapping the results of A/B testing, Root Cause Analysis, converting the tabular data into visual flow charts along with color selection for a better understanding of the identifications

The ability to make efficent and aesthetic looking flow diagrams and mind maps for university topics. Helps break down concepts into managable chunks and the various colours help.

There should be more colours. Shapes snap to a grid and often misalign. More options for arrows. changing the size of shapes can be awkward. Being able to format text more

Lack of Certain Flowchart Shapes:

Limited Color and Font Options:

While Whimsical provides a delightful experience, the limited selection of colors and fonts may restrict the level of design customization. Users may feel constrained when attempting to tailor their designs to personal preferences or specific branding requirements. Having a broader range of color and font choices would enrich the user's design experience.

Whimsical is the go-to app for me when it comes to creating wireframe designs for web or mobile app interfaces.

The unlimited freedom of expression in Whimsical allows me to unleash my creativity and brainstorm ideas in a visually engaging way.

May be if possible more creative elements.

The availability of pre-built templates in Whimsical makes it easy for me to jumpstart my projects and saves me time in creating visuals from scratch.

I used when i was studying design UX/UI for my wireframes but now i used it to make mindmapping

I adore the diverse range of visual collaboration tools and simplicity of use. I created flowcharts, wireframes, mind maps or spontaneous notes. One of the advantages comparing with analogs - it's free!

What I don't like about this tool, it's limited customization. While there are a lot of pre-designed elements, I haven't found extensive customization options.

I can easily organize my ideas and spontaneous thoughts into a plan or a roadmap. Also, I often share my projects with my friends and they can add some useful points.

Everytime I've needed help, live chat has tespinded within minutes. Even at 2am when I thought I deleted my workflow entirely and had to have it ready to present first thing in the morning!! Beyond that, the maps are GORGEOUS and easy to create. I get lots of compliments from clients.

I wish you could print out the results more easily. The best way to share the map or docs is to actually share the link via email. I wish there were a way to click and drag the area I want to PDF or print out on my printer. Additionally, it doesn't have great document editing.

Mapping workflows for marketing automations. The visual interface is 1000% better looking than the old version of Visio i used before. I am able to easily make changes in teal time on calls with my clients instead of all of the extra clicks and navigation i had to do before.
