Easy daily alerts help me make the most of Twitter

What do you like best about Twilert?

Twilert's daily summary of relevant tweets give me a sense of being in control of the Twitter waterfall of content.

What do you dislike about Twilert?

Recommendations to others considering Twilert?

I have several keyword or keyword combinations set up so that Twilert sends me a daily alert of matching tweets. I choose mentions of my name, my company name and a few generic terms for my industry. That way, I don't have to remember to go searching manually once a day for each of these.

What problems is Twilert solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Twilert?

I love the fact that it gives the user immediate alerts when the company is mentioned on social media as that is a very effective way to understand what the common perception of the company is.

What do you dislike about Twilert?

I dislike that there is no way to filter out negative vs positive comments as it just alerts all of them at the same time.

Recommendations to others considering Twilert?

Very informative tool!

What problems is Twilert solving and how is that benefiting you?

There isn't a business problem being addressed but it is beneficial to understand public perception of a company and what can be changed to provide better service.

What do you like best about Twilert?

Twitter's regular notifications are sometimes too irrelevant, but Twilert allows for relevant notifications/alerts. It tracks my tweets in real-time across the platform and alerts me to similar tweets or threads.

What do you dislike about Twilert?

There is nothing I dislike. Everything about Twilert works fine in my case.

Recommendations to others considering Twilert?

It is a great way to understand your tweet's performance and view your audience's perspective across the twitter platform.

What problems is Twilert solving and how is that benefiting you?

There aren't any problems I am solving but Twilert has significant benefits. It's really easy to use and simple. You can even use keyword tracking to get relevant tweet alerts.
