How it works: preventive maintenance in Tenmil is scheduled by hour meter, by calendar, or both, with meter readings entered in the field or pulled from a telematics feed. Work orders capture labor, parts, and outside services, and every closed work order writes those costs into the asset's history. From that history the platform calculates true equipment cost per hour using a shop rate allocation method, which fleet managers use to set internal rates, price work, and support repair-or-replace decisions with real numbers. Modules include asset and component tracking, work orders, parts inventory, purchase orders, inspections, backlog management, fault code alerts, warranty tracking, geozones, time cards, and fleet-wide analytics. Tenmil integrates with ERP, accounting, and telematics systems. The mobile app works fully offline, so crews on sites without coverage can still create work orders, request parts, and check their time cards.
