What are the best aspects of this product?
Syspro gave me a lot of flexibility when it came to setting up my profile and its layout. I had a say in the information presented in the reports too, regardless of whether I would generate a standard or custom one. Either way, I'd always get thorough and extensive insight from them that had plenty of room for modification.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I had a few minor setbacks when I was setting up my account. First, the layout kept on resetting. Then, I found that I could only register a single email adress when setting up my profile. I suggest they allow for different addresses based on your role as either a buyer, owner, etc. It took me a while to fully grasp certain capabilities of the software in terms of handling larger inventories too.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
There is a noticeable ease in the handling of my company's inventory now. There have been less back orders with SYSPRO staying on top of stocked units and ordering. Not to mention, reports
are much easier to generate now. Switching to SYSPRO was definitely a welcome upgrade.
