Great Free Features, but Limited Marketing Tools Without Upgrade

What do you like best about Square Appointments?There are so many features with the free version. Is how I operate my business.What do you dislike about Square Appointments?Since I use the free version, I can’t really complain. I wish I could use it more for marketing but that is a paid feature.What problems is Square Appointments solving and how is that benefiting you?It provides an online scheduler for my clients to easily book their appointments. It uses an AI chat to assist clients who message to book. It gets them scheduled without me doing anything at all.

What do you like best about Square Appointments?I like that I can add all my clients in a separate contact list in the app to keep them separate from my contacts. I can add all the services and customize pretty much everything. They have online booking and it keeps all my client info organized. I used to have a little device I attached to my phone to take payments but now they have it so clients can just do tap pay right on my phone!What do you dislike about Square Appointments?I’m still waiting to be verified for a bank account through them!What problems is Square Appointments solving and how is that benefiting you?Making appointments they are always making updates to the app

What do you like best about Square Appointments?

The appointments are easy to set up and check out. It also allows you to send appointment reminder texts! Pretty great for our first system. -massage therapy we tried fresha, and google. Both sucked compared to here.

What do you dislike about Square Appointments?

Square has 2 different apps for retail and services. So you have to use a different app when the clie t wasn't anything other than a service. Which was fine. But now we are starting to sell retail.

What problems is Square Appointments solving and how is that benefiting you?

Didn't really have much of a problem. We switched to Godaddy terminal because it actually prints recipes and has alot more options and smaller fees.

So even though we still use square appointments, if go daddy offers similar set up, we will switch to them

"Best integration for a novice like me!"

What do you like best about Square Appointments?

I love that I don't have to do all the work. Once things are set up it allows the client to schedule and automatically sends an email with the zoom already inserted. Saves time and energy when I can be preparing for the session and not caught up in sending out a zoom invite each time

What do you dislike about Square Appointments?

It takes awhile to get the hang of but mostly this is just because of user error and getting use to doing it all myself. Perhaps an easier more streamlined way or more tutorials available at a click of a button. Just takes practice and doing it.

What problems is Square Appointments solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's helping me to do more healing work and less Messing with all the set up etc.

"No other Program EVER needed!!"

What do you like best about Square Appointments?

This whole entire Square Appointments is hands down the easiest most user friendly program EVER. This has every option for anyting you could ever imagine needed for scheduling your appointments.

What do you dislike about Square Appointments?

I have not found anything at all that I dislike about this. If there is something found, than I would suggest its user error, because there is no way anyone could find a dislike with this program.

What problems is Square Appointments solving and how is that benefiting you?

Problems solved would be the beauty of the reminder that my clients receive. The reminder can be customized to reminde them the day prior or two day prior, whatever is best for your company. The benefits are the ability that my staff can see not only what's scheduled for them, but where everyone else will be which helps in the event you need extra hands on.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Our customers are at ease with using Square Appointments because of the familiarity of the Square family of products. They also like to use it because it is intuitive and does not require in-depth technical knowledge. And if ever problems arise, the Square customer service team is prompt in resolving them.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have no problems regarding the app, really, though I wish Square Appointments receives regular enhancements.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With Square Appointments, our team is more organized and can better keep up with our meetings and customer bookings. It has enabled each member of our team to connect better with each other as well as communicate with clients seamlessly. As such, our small business is becoming competitive.

Square Appointments is easy to set up and use

PROS: It is easy to set up and use. Unlike other apps, Square Appointments doesn’t come with so many graphic designs that just make the app more complicated. It is clean and very functional. It lets us set up multiple schedules for multiple people. It works just right for our needs.

CONS: I don’t have any complaint with its designs and overall look. I love its simplicity, in fact! However, for those who are looking for a nice-looking app that has some jaw-dropping graphics, Square Appointments might not be your best pick.
