What do you like best?

Signifyd offers one of the most comprehensive fraud solutions in the market, but one that can be easily scaled into. Their solution is easy to implement alongside a BigCommerce or Adobe-Magento eCommerce implementation or migration.

What do you dislike?

The breadth and depth of Signifyd's solution can be overwhelming for newcomers trying to get their arms around their fraud issues, causing them to do nothing, or to apply blunt fraud rules that can be incredibly costly in terms of lost sales, revenues and customers.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

At the core of it, the problem we're solving with Signifyd is how to identify truly fradulent transactions and actors from legitimate purchases. The easy answer is to increase fraud flags and apply one-size-fits-all fraud rules, which ultimately deny a greater percentage of purchases, including a greater percentage of legitimate ones. This results in aggrevating legitmate buyers and lost reveues and customers.

What do you like best?

They have thousands of brands and you're able to leverage their user data behind the curtain to keep your customers safe and to flag any previously fraudulent customers.

What do you dislike?

There are no major downsides that I've encountered.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our clients have many transactions and have a difficult time with bots. Signifyd helps with the prevention of fraud and also helps increase revenue by allowing certain orders, that may have otherwise been falsely flagged as fraudulent, through.

What do you like best?

Ease of use, plugin, easy for project managers to learn, easy to work with the signifyd team. Meghan Blissick is a god send to work with, she always keeps me updated and we hold monthly meetings. I'm currently working to get Signifyd into SWISSGEAR and Backpacks.com. I also like that Signifyd is taking over as the Coca-cola of the industry. True industry leader.

What do you dislike?

Nothing really at all, it's also about the people behind Signifyd. Love working with them. I wish that there were more case studies that I had access to so I could go show similar competitors in the industry and inject Signifyd into other companies that I work with. I wish that I had a dedicated resource all the time when I am working on Hamra and Bambi Baby in order to constantly keep a predictable overnight process in the works so they were fully supported 24/7 and they could be supported more. I feel that paying closer attention daily to fraud testimonies that pop up and receiving internal case studies that the Sygnifyd team is producing would greatly help me out to combat against any new methods that fraudsters are using to rip off merchants like the two I work with relentlessly in Bambi Baby & Hamra Jewelers.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The Coca-cola of the industry when it comes to fraud protection. No other company has the internal support structure to help merchants 1 by 1 that Signifyd can offer -- that's for certain.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Trying to get them into SWISSGEAR to cut SG's fraud, soft fraud, indirect fraud, eliminate their chargebacks from banks, disputes from Buyers who are committing fraud by saying they didn't receive tracking number or product itself. I currently am always solving fraud routes in the Hamra and Bambi Baby web environments. I am the liaison between Signifyd's internal solutions team and the actual project and program managers that are implementing solutions onto our client's websites like Hamra and Bambi Baby.

What do you like best?

Signifyd takes away the need for a manual review process which saves up a lot of man power and allows our team members to focus on other issues. They also cover liability and risk for any fraud orders that may have sneakily slipped by. For such orders, they offer an easy way to recoup the chargeback loss through a chargeback reimbursement process that is fairly simple and doesn't ask for too much documentation. Most claims are also approved with two days and if there is an issue with your submission, they email you right away to clear up the hesitation to approve your claim.

I also like that when there was an unforeseen issue that caused some orders to not process successfully, they immediately communicated with us and followed up with a resolution within the next day to ensure quick processing and shipment of online orders.

What do you dislike?

Nothing so far yet as the Signifyd solution has been great and their team has been very responsive and helpful in managing unforeseen issues as well as responding to normal queries.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are considering implementing an automated solution to deter fraud, Signifyd is definitely in the top 3 in the market and has certain advantages that were more suited for our business than the other vendors.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Signifyd is mitigating the risk with accepting online orders paid via credit card or alternate payment options such as PayPal or Affirm and etc. This is extremely helpful when the major credit card schemas take no responsibility in covering chargebacks if their cardholders' information is stolen. Signifyd has saved us a lot of time and a lot of money. The business problem they are solving is reduction of loss in value & goods due to online fraud.

What do you like best?

The team has been proactive in working with our company, which is especially useful given that we deal in very high average orders. We have not encountered a case of fraud since we've used their product. The details they provide on each order that goes through manual review is thorough.

There is nothing to dislike about Signifyd as they are a great product.

What do you like best?

We're a small team where bandwidth becomes an issue by forcing us to prioritize our many tasks. While Signifyd allows us to focus on other aspects of our business that impact revenue growth, they give us the assurance that the revenue earned is protected from fraud. The turn-around time between order entry, review and approval is minimal allowing for guaranteed orders to process timely.

What do you dislike?

There are occasional glitches shortly after the approval process where the order's status is not updated preventing it from entering the fulfillment process in NetSuite.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Signifyd has allowed us prevent revenue and product loss - they have essentially limited our exposure and have granted us zero liability.

What do you like best?

How easy the service works, we are able to enter the information regarding the transaction, and the signifyd team takes care of the rest for us. I don't have to reach out to customers for additional information except in extreme cases, and normally the team is able to do additional research based on customer history that allows the order to be guaranteed.

What do you dislike?

No major issues at all, the interface works well. The only complaint I have is response time. We have times where we need a transaction reviewed quickly. In the past, we have had issues getting a timely response, however we have been working with the team to fix this problem.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Signifyd has greatly reduced the amount of time my team spends researching customers and their orders. Our instances of fraud have dropped greatly, and they continue to provide great service. The implementation was easy, and the team responds to questions. They look at additional information we are able to provide about our customers, and they give an educated response, which isn't always a guarantee. We actually left for a few months and based on my recommendation we reengaged the service.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The service saves my team time and gives us peace of mind when taking orders from customers. We no longer spend hours verifying orders. We also have a lot of fraud that would continually come from the same geo-location. We have eliminated a lot of these issues.
