Now orders get protected automatically and I love it

What do you like best about Signifyd?

Signifyd’s help with payment disputes is very valuable to us. When customers claim they didn't receive their items, Signifyd resolves the issue, relieving us of the need to gather proof. As a result of this support, our staff feel less stressed.

What do you dislike about Signifyd?

I'm worried about Signifyd because it sometimes rejects real orders. Repeat customers can get flagged as suspicious, and we must check to ensure they aren't blocked. Being slow to react can harm our sales.

What problems is Signifyd solving and how is that benefiting you?

Thanks to Signifyd, we have fewer losses related to fraud and our online business is more secure. Dealing with chargebacks was common for us, largely due to stolen credit cards. Since our finance team completes risk assessments, they have more time to plan and less time arguing over cases. This gives our sales staff peace of mind during busy times since they don't have to worry about orders that might cause issues later on.

Automatic fraud protection saves us tons of time everyday

What do you like best about Signifyd?

We enjoy Signyfyd’s automatic fraud alert system which identifies suspicious orders before we go ahead to process them. Connecting Signifyd with our platform enables us to track transactions in real time as other part of our process. What I most appreciate is that, it directly integrates with our payment processors and gives us comprehensive reports to enable us to act efficiently. Signifyd has automated our process by reducing much of the manual fraud assessment time.

What do you dislike about Signifyd?

Signifyd is fantastic at identifying fraudulent activity but suffering from too many occurrences of “false positives”. At times, nevertheless, valid directives are erroneously marked, and additional steps are required, leading to delays. In this scenario, it can be annoying, especially when our sales are on the rise, and we must move promptly. Notably, there are occasional hiccups on integrating Signifyd with our older systems meaning that there is a little lag in order handling.

What problems is Signifyd solving and how is that benefiting you?

Through Signifyd, we’ve changed everything about how we handle adresed fraud. As long as we did, we wasted much time investigating suspicious orders, which resulted in shipping blanket being delayed. With Signifyd we no longer have to do the fraud detection and approvals ourselves; it does both so comfortably and easily. Bandwidth in our team is now available to do more important tasks, and chargebacks have been significantly reduced. This new efficiency and security are just too valuable to be replaced.

Signifyd anti-fraud protection that has saved us more than once

What do you like best about Signifyd?

The first thing I liked was it accuracy since its implementation. I also noticed a considerable reduction in chargebacks. I also like that it analyzes each request almost instantly and gives us a clear answer; accept, reject, or review. It also offers a guarantee for certain requests, which gives us great peace of mind.

What do you dislike about Signifyd?

The only negative thing has been that in some cases the automatic rejections seem to be too strict with new customers.

Signifyd does the work for us, weve improved results, were more focused on selling than chasing fraud, we have fewer charge-backs, a faster review process, and much more confidence in taking on large or high-risk orders.

Signifyd is the best fraud protection tool that actually works

What do you like best about Signifyd?

I like Signfyd because it gives us peace of mind knowing order are being processed in real time with a system that leans and adapts. Weve seen a significant reduction in charge backs, which directly impacts our revenue and operations. I liked the integration with their platform because it was quick and easy, and the dashboard is intuitive, allowing you to quickly see the status of each transaction and make informed decisions if intervention is necessary.

What do you dislike about Signifyd?

I dont have much to say. If I had to mention something that could be improved, it would be the customization of the rules, it could be a bit more flexible, and I understand that part of that value will lie in allowing the system to make automated decisions based on machine learning.

What problems is Signifyd solving and how is that benefiting you?

Weve been using it for quite some time in our eCommerce, and so far the experience has been quite positive because its a robust solution that keeps us protected with its good fraud detection features and works well, which is good for everyone and beneficial.

Signifyd extremely good product, easy to use, that promises.

What do you like best about Signifyd?

It has managed to secure all chargebacks, and over the years I've used it, I've liked many things about it, such as the interface, the easy integration into payment processes, and the fact that it hasn't caused any problems. This is something I love about Signifyd.

What do you dislike about Signifyd?

As I said before, Signifyd doesn't cause any problems and thats why there are no problems.

Its been very helpful in curbing fraud, reducing all of that with its good features like fraud protection, its easy to use and it solved those problems, and well, all of that is beneficial for everyone.

I like Signifyd, my experience is good, and it avoids charge back issues. Furthermore, once implemented, everything was easy and it has saved us time. Its well designed, with an attractive user interface, and its remains committed to its mission, especially in fraud prevention.

Nothing to criticize about Signifyd because it has proven to deliver what it promises.

It doesn't save much time, but overall its been a great tool for solving problems in fraud prevention and avoiding chargeback processes, and its really been a great help. So far, its working well.

What do you like best about Signifyd?

I like its ease of use, and its great because we process new customer orders more securely, significantly reducing the stress of processing high-value orders. I also like the user interface and how smooth, secure, and fraud-free everything works.

Its been great, I just had a few issues with potential clients but everything was resolved.

This software takes the risk out of online orders

What do you like best about Signifyd?

I love how much stress it takes off the plate of identifying potentially fraudulent orders when it comes to Signifyd. Previously, we spent time writting orders from scratch, it felt like a guessing game. Signifyd handles it now and instant alerts when there is something not quite right. It also gives us the assurance in accepting orders that we did not have the confidence to without the help.

What do you dislike about Signifyd?

With Signifyd I would say that the one of the things I would improve is the edge cases. It sometimes signals legitimate orders and we have to spend extra time scrutinizing them. This is not dealbreaker, but it is a simple hassle especially with too much happening. Moreover, the customer support team could take some time before they respond once there are issues, and it’s frustrating that we require fast responses.

What problems is Signifyd solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reducing the risk of fraud without slowing down our sales process is what Signifyd has been a lifesaver for us. It would be headache before every order puts it in use as fraudulent ones. With that, Signifyd has now flagged risky transactions, so we are now able to decide relatively quickly whether to move forward with an order or not. We’ve gotten a lot more confidence with our decision making and a lot more time that we would have spent calling again ourselves to verify orders.

Smart protection that works superb with any business

What do you like best about Signifyd?

I’ve had a great experience using Signifyd for our online store. It helps us to detect unusual activity without blocking real customer. The best part it is easy to setup and quickly start approving orders more safely. it works silently in the background without being notified any customer.

What do you dislike about Signifyd?

Little bit complicated to learn first, Even I took so much time to understand the all features. Looking for more customization in reports that would be helpful for our marketing efforts.

What problems is Signifyd solving and how is that benefiting you?

It doesn’t affect on our good customer shopping experience and works silently without any lose sales. Saves a lot of time in checking manually suspicious activity and beneficial for time space for building our marketing strategy.

What do you like best about Signifyd?

I love Signfyd because its essential for chargebacks and gives us good protection. I like its efficiency and that weve had smooth testing. I also like that it seems secure and provides a lot of confidence, and that there are no more chargebacks.

What do you dislike about Signifyd?

My only complaint would be customer service, they are not good at responding in a timely manner.

Everything is getting better, with increased order confidence and no more chargebacks, and order processing is working like a charm.
