Shiprocket is an e-commerce shipping solution that aims to reduce shipping costs, improve shipping quality, automate shipping activities, and provide customers with a better experience. The flow begins with users selecting the desired shipment and then choosing the appropriate courier partner. They can track shipments in real-time after they're packed and shipped. The tool also includes NDR (nondelivery report) management with a certain degree of automation and tries to reduce RTO (return to origin).
