I also appreciate their responsive and helpful support team whenever I need guidance or troubleshooting. The initial setup was pretty easy overall, and I was able to get it live quickly.What do you dislike about ReferralCandy?The main area for improvement is customization. More control over themes, notification settings and email templates would help a lot. What do you like best about ReferralCandy?The product does exactly what I expected from it. It was very easy to integrate with my Shopify store, the app is intuitive and easy to set up new campaigns. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of support I received. Even once everything was live the support team checked in with me to see if the was anything else they could do. The support was much appreciated and provided much needed confidence.What do you dislike about ReferralCandy?I'm a relatively new user so need to give it some time... but so far nothing to dislike.What problems is ReferralCandy solving and how is that benefiting you?Once customers are on our website we have a high conversion rate... but we needed to drive more customers and wanted to do that via existing subscribers who would be positive advocates. ReferralCandy makes this very easy to execute. We were up and running within an hour.
