About RecRight

RecRight is a recruitment platform that makes use of videos to connect companies with the right candidates for their roles. Managers and HR personnel can leverage it to host video interviews with prospective candidates, eliminating the need for physical presence for a face-to-face interview. All they have to do is create a job on the platform and begin receiving applications. Candidates can then record their answers to the interview questions and share them with the recruiter who can review them in their own time. This acts as an alternative to processing CVs during the candidate shortlisting process. With the RecRight ATS solution, recruiters can manage the entire lifecycle of their hiring process on a single platform. They can even record video interview questions to engage better with the candidates. The platform is completely browser and mobile friendly and does not require any installation.
