Not a very good choice

What do you like best about QuickBooks Payroll?

It was relatively easy to use. But wasn't secure. Found there were easily mimics they could be big trouble.

Found it was being used in various unethical scenarios.

Managing payroll, this was a mock trial for possible future deployment when and if growth occurs

Super easy!

What do you like best about QuickBooks Payroll?

The setup is quick and simple, user-friendly, allows for customization (within reason), and integrates with the rest of my software already!

What do you dislike about QuickBooks Payroll?

I wish there were a time clock that integrates with QB payroll. I have to manually calculate and enter the employees' timecards.

What problems is QuickBooks Payroll solving and how is that benefiting you?

Processing payroll can be a headache especially if you wear many hats in the company. QB Payroll eases some of the burden of doing payroll every other week.

I dislike that I can not pull up a job for a customer and add multiple employees to timesheets.

Super easy payroll for small businesses

What do you like best about QuickBooks Payroll?

Payroll is super easy. We can set up auto-pay for salaried employees. Our federal and state taxes are calculated automatically, and paperwork filed when needed. We give our employees their log-in info so that they can access their paystubs at will. If I need to edit a pay rate, I can do so in the middle of running payroll without losing my place. Adding a garnishment is extremely simple and it gives you multiple options. It's also very easy to run reports.

What do you dislike about QuickBooks Payroll?

There's nothing that I dislike about it. I do wish that it would send me email reminders to run payroll.

What problems is QuickBooks Payroll solving and how is that benefiting you?

By using Quickbooks Payroll, we save money because we don't have to outsource it.

It is an easy-to-use automated interface for running and tracking payroll for employers and employees. Customizable menu tabs for most used or favorites. Easy to assign user roles without giving too much or too little access. Detailed reports are laid out in an easy-to-use reports page. Capable and caring customer support for tax issues and payroll corrections.

What do you dislike about QuickBooks Payroll?

The hold times are often long for support and wait times for processing of corrections or resolutions. The newly required upgraded subscription for payroll tax corrections, even if they are already automated. The inability to use my old invoices after the most recent update without warning.

Helping ensure payroll is ran correcly and on time via automation.

Great for small business

What do you like best about QuickBooks Payroll?

I like the fact that Quickbooks payroll allows a small business to have the look and feel of a big corporation. It is very easy to use and setup.

What do you dislike about QuickBooks Payroll?

I would hope that there are more methods available to make direct payment to the employee.

What problems is QuickBooks Payroll solving and how is that benefiting you?

They solve my payroll problems, I know longer need to manually create paystubs and do the calculations all is handled through Quickbooks payroll.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Payroll?

Automated Time tracking is one of the features, I like best about Quickbooks payroll. It creates auto alerts for emoloyees of the organisation to clock in depending upon their job shifts.

What do you dislike about QuickBooks Payroll?

A lot of features in Quickbooks payroll it doesn't provide as per the need. Auto-syncing of the timesheets with changes in the bank accounts,job costing & several other limitations like these.

What problems is QuickBooks Payroll solving and how is that benefiting you?

A lot of HR problems Quickbooks payroll has solved for my organisation. The company benefitted from processing monthly payroll & disbursement of salaries through this module. This tool alao helped in recording clock-in & clock-out of all the emoloyees with accurate maintenance of attendance & timesheets.
