What do you like best about Otter.ai?The utility and ease of use allow for the simple recovery and review of talks, videoconferences, webinars, etc. By connecting with Gmail and Zoom, it allows you to use this tool across platforms. The capture of conversations and video calls is very comprehensive, and it makes few capture errors. I use the free version and it still meets expectations.What do you dislike about Otter.ai?At first, it's hard to get used to the screen and fully understand the functionalities, but after that, the use becomes quite natural. So far, what I see it struggles with the most is identifying voices and matching them with participants, something I believe will improve over time. But you can "tag" a speaker's name, and then it replicates it in all their interventions.What problems is Otter.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?Fundamentally, it helps by avoiding the need to take your own notes on paper or via notes, something that can still be done, which allows you to focus much more on the role you are fulfilling at the moment, and not so much on having to divert your attention from the call or conversation.
