Useful for note taking and organization

I find Notion really useful for taking down notes, and creating useful databases. It also helps me to be organized as well - I use it to make lists of what I need to do.

Best of all, you can create as many pages as you need - for free, with all the features you need. I recommend this app to everyone, especially those who need to take notes or plan. It also has AI, which can be really useful too if you need it to help you while you use the app.

Deserves 10 Stars

For me, Notion is the most versatile Company Management Tool there is. It needs some time getting used to, to make full use of its potential. But then, it is just a joy to work with every day. They even have Notion Calendar, which is great, and Notion Mail will come soon. I am sure this will bring my productivity to a whole new level. Tasks, Meetings, Mail all in one platform. A dream.

Without a doubt super helpful

I started using notion around a few months ago.

I use it for basic tracking of projects and organising each of these projects.

It has been thoroughly useful to have all this is one place, seamlessly cross platformed (android phone, iPad and Chromebook).

I also contacted recently regarding the lack of pinch zoom ability on iPad app, not a deal breaker, but wondered if there was a bug. Customer service was 100% excellent. They replied with thoroughness and although the feature is not available they put in a vote for the feature to be added.

What do you like best about Notion?

There's no area of my life that doesn't have a Notion aspect to it right now. From work project management to travel planning, note taking or cooking, there's a template or a Notion page for everything. The UI is clean and intuitive, and makes navigating through different functionalities a breeze. Templates offer a starting point for almost any project you can imagine. Furthermore, the collaborative features in Notion are a game-changer. Being able to share pages and work simultaneously with colleagues or friends enhances productivity and brings a seamless experience to project coordination.

What do you dislike about Notion?

One of the main issues I've encountered is the learning curve, particularly the new formula language. It might take some time to fully grasp how to utilise all of Notion's functionality effectively. Additionally, while its mobile app provides the convenience of accessing your workspace on the go, it sometimes lacks the fluidity and responsiveness of its desktop counterpart. Performance can be sluggish, particularly when handling larger pages or complex databases. Lastly, I find the offline functionality limited, which can be a significant drawback for those who often work without a stable internet connection.

What do you like best about Notion?

- Simple and clever

- Great flexibility of features: embedding and integration options

- intuitive tool: no need to search for help during hours in a knowledge base

- outstanding search tool (top left)

- useful option enabling "showing deleted pages."

- awesome, helpful and kindful support teams

What do you dislike about Notion?

- timeline view could be improved (more color options). It happened I missed an event because I couldn't see it clearly

- It could be cool to have the possibility to have the "LOAD MORE" button at the top of a table view (and not to have to scroll and click many times so as the entire table appears)

- the same when we want to register a new record in a table

- Collaborative tasks are easier

- Work can be shared more quickly

- Content is structured perfectly through linking pages. No waste of time any more in opening various files.
