What do you like best?
What I love the best is how beautiful the UI is, it's nothing like I've ever seen before in an email client, I also love how the different supercharge actions it offers, like snoozing for desktop, being able to view when someone has read. What do you dislike?
What I dislike is the price, It's $50 per year, they use have the $5 per month, however, ever since they shut down and relaunched they removed it, hopefully they have the option for per monthly basis.Recommendations to others considering the product
It is expensive, however, I believe it is worth it! To be honest, go try out the trial, you won't lose anything in testing it out for personal business work or personal email, then if you like it then go ahead and pay for the yearly subscription, you won't regret it!What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Having the gorgeous UI that encouraged me to view my emails and work on them ( Rarely software makes me do that as well as the different tools that it had to provide. It's the best email client I've used!
I was an avid Newton user, particularly fond of the easy "read receipts," then it went out of business and I switched to boomerang. Newton kept charging my paypal for the next year and a half! I inquired, had a few interchanges with support, was asked for my billing receipts and I provided them. Crickets. Reminder. Crickets. Reminder. Crickets.
I was mugged for about $100 and the guy got away.
