What do you like best?
We have partnered with Montage in the US for a few years now but for the last year we rolled out the platform globally with great success. We have used it in South Africa, Argentina, India and the UK to name a few locations. We wanted to take our recruiting to the next level and as our business is transforming to a more digital business we needed to partner who could help our day to day recruiting activity shift to a more digital focus. The end results have been fantastic for a range of positions.
It has helped our recruiters to work quicker and more effectively and make more informed decisions rather than just looking at a resume/CV. Hiring Managers are equally impressed as they too can sample a candidate in person rather than just looking at their profile or investing in a more time consuming interview.
In summary it has helped us to make quicker and higher quality hires.
What do you dislike?
Any benefits outweigh the negatives. The only slight negative is that some candidates still have a fear of recording themselves. This can result in a slight reduction of candidates completing the video v's traditional telephone calls, but as we are a business that uses video technology every day and every other meeting is a google hangout then we really need people who are okay with being in front of a camera all day.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We hire people across the globe and Montage has enabled managers and candidates who are not in the same location and in different timezones to effectively meet. Using the pre record feature has allowed managers to review a large pool of candidates quickly and effectively. There is also a great cost save for candidates and the fact hey don't have to take as much time out of work in order to attend interviews is great.
