What do you like best about MileIQ?

The location feature is accurate and a nice feature.

What do you dislike about MileIQ?

I wish there were parameters to set up, for example, only tracking within business hours, etc. I would often delete my personal drives because I didn't feel my company needed my personal information. It was a bit tedious to weed them our, or at times, there wasn't a long enough break between business and personal for the app to recognize them as two different drives.

What problems is MileIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tracking where I conduct business drives and when, so I can get reimbursed.

Great Product

What do you like best about MileIQ?

MileIQ makes it easy to keep track of your drives and lets you quickly classify the type of drive it is to be reported later. Setup is simple and the dashboard is clean.

What do you dislike about MileIQ?

With my level of usage, there is nothing that needs to be improved.

What problems is MileIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

MileIQ prevents the need to manually calculate mileage for the daily drives my team and I make. This saves time preparing expense reports and also eliminates an avenue for miscalculation.

over the course of a year its hard to remember the book or notes for logging travel for business, the app cares for all that.

MileIQ helps you track business or personal miles for quick reference. You can also create teams and track multiple automobiles with the app. I also like that I can add miles manually online if I do not have my phone.

What do you dislike about MileIQ?

App was a bit harder to use in the past, but recent updates may improve the user experience.

What problems is MileIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

MileIQ allows me to track my business, personal, and charitable miles easily. I also like downloading the information in various formats for my accountant during tax time.

Great for keeping track of my Business Mileage

What do you like best about MileIQ?

I use MileIQ every day as a service tech and find it simple and easy to keep track of my mileage and time spent on-site without having to track it by hand. I can then go back at the end of the day and just do an overview instead of having to write everything out.

What do you dislike about MileIQ?

There are some things that I dislike such as they are no longer included in my Office365 Subscription. Also, the app has some issues with distinguishing places if they are close to each other. Sometimes I will have to go in and correct the location.

Recommendations to others considering MileIQ?

I would says that this is one of the better Mileage Apps I have found.

What problems is MileIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

Problems I am solving with this software are keeping detailed records of my day-to-day travels to customers and then back to home base at the end of the day. I have realized how much I drive as well as it has saved me a a few times in billing when I was at a location longer than I thought I was.

The convenience of automatically tracking frequent drives is also a plus! MileIQ is worth the investment

What do you like best about MileIQ?

MileIQ runs in the background, automatically tracking my miles. After a drive, I get a notification to classify as either personal or business expense. When it comes time to prepare my mileage report, printing is easy and the reports are clear. I even get a notification on my Apple watch and can classify there.

What do you dislike about MileIQ?

There are very few downsides to using MileIQ. The yearly subscription price is fair considering the amount of money I save on my tax returns. I suppose some people might not like to be constantly tracked, but you can always manually close the app and open it again when you need it.

What problems is MileIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am able to track my business mileage expenses and print a yearly tax report. I easily save more money than I would without the app.

What do you like best about MileIQ?

Our employees love the ease in recording miles for business and keeping personal miles personal. Reporting and approvals are quick and easy. Best software upgrade we have adopted in years!

Seamless, Simple, Intuitive Mileage App

What do you like best about MileIQ?

We love that MileIQ just tracks our mileage for us simply by having the app on our phone. You can designate business hours so it automatically classifies mileage that's business related, and you can designate trips that weren't as well. At the end of the month my employees just submit their reports, I print a log for our files and issue a check for reimbursement. It's super simple, easy to navigate and understand even for employees that aren't that tech savvy. We're totally digging it, two thumbs up!

What do you dislike about MileIQ?

Nothing. So far our experience has been nothing but positive. Someone on our Board of Directors suggested we try MileIQ and it was a great suggestion. I recommend it now too.

What problems is MileIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's solving the problem of having everyone track their mileage individually. Because it just operates in the background on my staff cell phones it does all the work for them so I know they're getting paid what they deserve. I can also see what trips they took and if anything stands out as not being business we can deal with that too.

Simplifies mileage tracking

What do you like best about MileIQ?

That it automatically records without having to stop and start a trip.

What do you dislike about MileIQ?

That if two colleagues are in a car together that it does not flag it as potentially being double counted and asks if it should be counted only one time.
