mealPlan.fit is practice-management software for dietitians, nutritionists and fitness coaches, built for India, with AUSNUT 2023 food data for Australia.
Diet and workouts in one plan. QuickFill AI drafts a full weekly meal plan in 45 seconds to 2 minutes, depending on how much client detail is added. It works from the client's conditions, allergies, preferences, goals, cuisine and city, plus the dietitian's meeting notes, not a template. Workout planning sits in the same plan. Coaches build reusable strength, mobility, cardio and yoga packs from a library of 200+ 3D exercise clips, then set sets, reps and load per client. The dietitian or coach reviews and approves everything. The AI never sends anything to a client on its own.
Indian nutrition data. The ingredient-level database has 1,000+ IFCT ingredients with 22 nutrients each, and targets follow ICMR 2020 RDAs. The AI can compose any Indian dish or recipe in seconds. A lab-report scanner reads PDFs or photos (e.g. Lal PathLabs, Thyrocare) and files the markers into the client record so they inform the plan. Meeting AI transcribes and summarises consults.
Delivery. Plans go out as a branded PDF booklet over WhatsApp (signed PDF links) or email, or appear in the client portal and app. The same Android app on Google Play serves both coaches and clients. Clients see today's meals and workout, with a video preview for each exercise. They log meals, water, weight and workouts, and message their coach in-app. iOS is coming soon.
