The companies can reach out to every employee within their organization, understand their concerns, and address these concerns by providing resources, activities or specific programs. The platform works by focusing on employee well-being, engagement, and inclusion. Physical, emotional, financial, and even work well-being of the employees is ensured through reassurances of care and support, as well as by providing meaningful solutions for their issues. What do you like best?

The platform itself is very user friendly and very flexible. I like that we are able to customize challenges and activities that fit our company. The Account Team is amazing! They are always pushing us to think outside of the box but also understand our culture and our team. Our SAE is amazing and we consider her an extension of our team!

What do you dislike?

I wish that the smart notifications and emails were more customizable. I don't feel they fit the look and feel of our program. Also, I wish the communications tool kit had more content and design options. I love that tool but don't use it as often as I would like to because I don't want our pieces to become stale.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Prior to Limeade, we had a hard time growing our wellbeing program. Our employees were doing the activities just to earn the monetary reward. Now I feel like our employees are really invested in bettering themselves and I believe Limeade and the product really played a big part in that change!

The best thing is the support I receive from the Limeade team whenever I have questions or issues.

There is nothing to dislike, we are working to increase engagement.

We are fairly new to Limeade and do not quite have enough YOY data to compare.

What do you like best?

The up-to-date, relevant activities available to us, as well as the helpful communication and sharing of ideas offered.

What do you dislike?

The only down side is trying to get our hourly employees engaged in the platform.

Again, trying to reach our hourly population with involvement and communication on the platform. Benefits are being able to quickly customize content as needed for our business.

What do you like best?

My favorite part is the passion that the Limeade employees have for their product, their customers, and genuinely wanting to better the wellbeing of everybody involved.

What do you dislike?

I do not like that it has to be implemented in the middle of a program year. I think it would be the easiest for our population if we did not have to be sending out additional communication and they could just log in after reset and see the updated platform.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

My advice would be to take advantage of all of the great perks that Limeade ONE has to offer to be able to make a huge difference in your organization.

I look forward to using this platform as a form of communication with the employees to hear feedback about what they want to see in our site, and what would be the most helpful to them

What do you like best?

My favorite feature is the ability to customize micro-apps. We have a micro-app tied to our timekeeping system gives employees visibility to their attendance information and another solution allowing employees to submit questions to HR for quick response. Love the kudos built into the app. Haven't launched an engagement survey yet but customer support for beginning our engagement process has been better than I could have imagined, partnering with us to support us building an engagement program from the ground up.

What do you dislike?

Some seemingly simple solutions take months to solve. Features could be improved to make the app simpler for hourly employees (the log in process for example). Wish the micro-apps were easier for the users/admins to build.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have decreased our overtime by creating direct links to internal job applications. We are collecting voice of the employee data by understanding popular content and categorizing questions submitted to HR, which we can then act on with targeting communications. We would not have a way to communicate with our manufacturing shop floor without our app- gave our employees a sense of security during the pandemic.

What do you like best?

We appreciate the digital interface and enhanced data analytics and communication enhancements.

What do you dislike?

Nothing jumps out so far, however we are still early on in our usage.

We look to provide excellent tools and resources to our team so that they can be at their best. The Limeade ONE platform will allow people to connect, get vital information and earn rewards from the palm of their hand!

What do you like best?

Limeade offers us the ability to customize the well-being experience for our company, while providing support, research, and insights along the way. We work closely with an Employee Experience Specialist who helps drive our strategy and goals while keeping the program exciting, fun, and new for our associates.

What do you dislike?

We are still currently on the previous version of the platform, which limits some of our capabilities. I'm looking forward to the upgrades coming soon that will enhance our communication tools.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Limeade changes the perspective of our well-being program. It has helped us take our strategy from one focused on physical wellness, to one dedicated to the whole-self and bringing your best self to work. We can hone in on key topics that are important to our company, reach our diverse workforce, and truly show the associates we care about them.

What do you like best?

I liked the point tracking and prize incentives for being healthy.

What do you dislike?

I disliked that I was not able to activate the 1-on-1 coaching.

The help desk seemed to be lacking efficiency. So many people will actually consider health while using the software.

What do you like best?

As a program manager, I rely on the variety of Limeade reporting tools to help drive, shape and strategize our organization's well-being program.

What do you dislike?

I don't have many criticisms. I would like to see Limeade continue to expand their challenge activities and marketing to be more relevant for manufacturing employees.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

With the help of Limeade reporting tools and their data science team, our well-being program has been able to partner with cross-functional groups (learning and development and safety) to drive participation of various initiatives that impact one another. The more we make the well-being program and other benefit offerings relevant to our employees, the more they will all be utilized. Improving benefit utilization and organizational compliance is a win for business strategy and program VOI.
